Pros: die Lage ist super. Man ist in 5 Minuten an einem Strand, der nicht voll ist. Dort gibt es eine Badeaufsicht und eine Toilette. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet. Es gibt ausreichend Handtücher, Klopapier und einen Föhn. Leider ist die Dusche sehr klein. Der Flur bietet genügend Stauraum und es gibt ein Bügeleisen, Strandschirm und Putzsachen. Der Balkon ist klein aber ausreichend. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Das Bett bequem und es gibt einen großen Fernseher. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Herd und Wasserkocher. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt zum Abdunkeln ein Rollo. Die nächste Tramstation ist quasi vor der Tür.

Cons: Vor dem Fenster ist gleich eine große Straße, sodass es auch nachts laut ist. Man benötigt Oropax.

Pros: El sitio bastante comodo e iluminado. Con todo lo necesario para unos dias de estancia. La cocina con todo lo necesario y la ubicación muy cerca del tranvia y de la playa.

Cons: El sofacama quizas no es lo mas comodo del mundo y dependiendo del dia puede haber ruido de motos, ya que hay un circuito de practica de motos.
