Great apartment, perfect for a short or long stay. Very good communication. View!!

Pros: Location is great. Staff communication was good and very helpful.

Cons: You had to travel into the main city and then loop back out to the property, this means it costs about twice as much as going straight to property from airport. Additional 500 Euro bond was a surprise…. Booking.com should have made that clear.

Overall a great place to stay

We've had a very pleasant vacation in Nice.

Pros: The location is extraordinary, right on the seafront and very close to public transport. The sea view from the windows of the apartment is gorgeous both day and night. The bedrooms are OK, the beds are very good, the living room is spacious and nicely furnished, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. A beautiful and stylish apartment, which I recommend to everyone who wants to visit this wonderful city and its surroundings.

Cons: I have nothing negative to add.

Pros: The location is absolutely perfect, right on the Promenade des Anglais. The apartment is very well equipped, modern, and very cute!

Cons: The fact that you have to pick up the keys so far away from the apartment can be a nuisance if you don't have a car. Upon arrival, most of the dishes and silverware weren't very clean and there was a lack of essentials for cooking (only had salt and pepper, nothing else like olive oil for example, etc.).

Fab spot for a week in Nice

Pros: Location was amazing - just across road from the beach and 3 mins walk to Tram into town

Cons: Pillows were a bit small and hard.

Lovely apartment, great holiday

Pros: Great location on the promenade de Anglais that you could walk into the centre of nice in 30 mins. Or get the tram line L2 a few stops into the centre. As well as sitting on a beach that wasn’t as crowded as in the centre. Lovely apartment which looks exactly like the picture.

Recomendations!

Pros: Really good beachfront location, comfortable apartment with all household items.

Cons: A little bit messy.

Pros: J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet appartement ! La vue sur la mer est superbe, l’endroit est lumineux, spacieux et décoré avec des couleurs qui rappellent l’océan, ce qui rend l’ambiance encore plus agréable. Moderne, confortable et pas très loin du centre. Pour le prix et l’emplacement, c’est vraiment une pépite que je recommande sans hésiter ! Le personnel était à l’écoute ————— I absolutely loved my stay in this apartment! The sea view is stunning, the place is bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated with ocean-inspired colors that make it even more special. Modern, comfortable, and not far from the city center. For the price and the location, it’s truly a gem I would highly recommend!
