Great location with everything you need!
Pros: Amazing location. Only a short walk to the beach. Plenty of shops, restaurants and a bakery nearby. Apartment is air conditioned which was needed in the heat. Spacious apartment with everything you need.
Cons: The shower could do with being upgraded. Unfortunately there was no hot water during our stay so we had to have cold showers. At first we thought it was just the timing of showers but no.

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros: Pros: Location was excellent! Very good neighborhood, clean and safe. Also, very spacious apartment, we were 2 couples and felt we had enough space. It was interesting to use the Concierge App to get all the details about how to get the key, all instructions for the apartment and also the check-list for leaving. I was happy with our bedroom, because the mattress was hard, our friends had a very soft mattress. So each bed is a bit different, if you have back pain you might need to pay attention to this. Both me and my husband were happy to find yoga mattresses in the closet and did some exercises during our stay. Also, it was nice to find some toiletries in the bathroom, as we traveled light. A great surprise was to find in the Concierge App a lot of recommendations for restaurants and pastry shops from the owners. I really appreciated this, as they were all great!
Cons: Cons: The appartment is under the management of a concierge and it felt a bit like a pressure to keep everything spotless. In the Concierge App there were a loooooot of instructions on how to use everything (which was good) but also extra fees for anything we break, which made us be very careful to everything and it was stressful for a vacation. I had to spend a lot of time on our first day to take photos of all the issues and damages in the appartment and share them in the Concierge App ( You only have 24 hrs. to do this, otherwise you risk that some of them get on your cost). Quite a stressful thing for a vacation. I would really appreciate a different way to do this, that eliminates this kind of stress. Also, we didn’t have some essentials in the kitchen, I bought Olive oil, honey, tea, salt and left whatever I didn’t use for the next guests. So it was more like an AirBnb than a Hotel, as we bought most of the essentials, including toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels or a simple tissue box. Unfortunately, the bedroom with the view to the main street is quite noisy, even though there are 2 layers of windows and blinds. Also, 2 nights before we left there was a party in the building that lasted until 6 AM. We didn’t sleep all night and the concierge couldn’t do anything about it at that time, but rather report the issue after. I think this is something you cannot really predict. One suggestion from my side is to have some interior shoes, as the entire appartment has tiles and even though there is floor heating in the winter season, there is a lot of dust. This is what I did, bought some cheap disposable hotel slippers and it was a very smart decision.

Pros: Прекрасное месторасположение, большие апартаменты, чисто, все необходимое было. Возникла проблема со сбоем системы после молнии, но и она была оперативно решена! Молодцы!

Un séjour grandiose.
Pros: L'immense appartement avec terrasse et balcon. Les climatiseurs très confortables. La grande propreté. L'équipement, notamment la machine à laver, les produits ménagers, les serviettes de bains, la literie. La décoration très classe.
Cons: Le rideau à douche, la robinetterie de la baignoire difficile d'utilisation. Deux ou trois petites bouteilles d'eau nous auraient fait plaisir. Aucune notice pour la TV.

Voor deze prijs verwacht je meer comfort.
Pros: De locatie is zeer centraal gelegen. Airconditioning op alle kamers erg fijn.
Cons: Inrichting van het appartement. Badkamer is niet gemoderniseerd ..douchegordijn voldoet niet . Oude spullen . Geen vaatwasmachine.

Pros: Very clean. Very good location. The flat and furnitures and facilities are very good. The flat is large and comfortable. Parking was easy.
Cons: The pans could be renewed. We almost liked everything.
