Pros: Pascale's place is absolutely lovely. It's got a lovely energy, it's vwry well designed, and super-clean. Lots of personal touches and Pascal is a friendly, lovely host, ready with advice and reccomendations. The building is full of character and feels lived in, which is great.The area is beautiful. Easy connections along the coast.

Pros: The appartment is small but very well equipped, the interier is newly renovated. The kitchen is enough for easy cooking or breakfast preparation. The view from the window is beautiful. Access to the beach is easy through tunnel or drive way. The location is excellent for exploring the coast - easy bus or train access to both sides of the Azure Coast. Excellent communication with Pascale, the owner - timely and helpful communication before the arrival (parking instructions) and clear self-check in instructions.

Cons: The room is 25sqm only so be careful while packing beach gear - there is no place to store it. The parking is the issue (of course not fault of acommodation). The few spots for free parking can be found here 43.7156169N, 7.3509786E or here 43.7139442N, 7.3444672E but not whole day.

Wonderful

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Èze! The place was exceptionally clean and very well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The highlight for me was definitely the breathtaking view from the window — absolutely stunning and even better than the photos! The apartment was also fully equipped with everything I needed, making my stay easy and relaxing. The location was perfect — close enough to explore the village but still peaceful. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy Èze in comfort and beauty.

Pros: The property was perfectly equipped. Pascal was amazingly helpful! She couldn’t do enough for us. Good distance from train station, we would definitely stay again. Bed was super comfortable.

Cons: Only thing is it’s quite a noisy building. Air con ain’t quiet haha but with the window open it was stunning.

Excellent experience

Pros: We stayed for 2 days in this wonderful apartment and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with a very nice restaurant and the beach just nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, just like at home. The host is amazing and very helpful. We give our highest recommendations!

Pros: Location near the beach ,bus stop,and the train station.the view from the room is charming.pascal was so friendly and helpful..quite street.

Cons: Nothing about the room ..there is no shops, or groceries and restaurants near the building

Loved it

Pros: Wonderful apartment near the Eze station (8min walk). Beautiful view of the water. Great location. It was clean, tidy and a well equipped kitchen and washing machine with clothes rack. Air con worked great and a very comfortable mattress. Would definitely stay again.

Cons: Although the apartment is non smoking (and it smells lovey) the building hallway and stairs smells of smoke.

Great weekend break

Pros: Nice place very close to the train station which was ideal for us. Lovely views & very close to the beach albeit a very stony but popular beach.

Cons: The property itself was very good. Nothing to dislike about it.

You are as close to heaven as you can get on the cote d'azur

Pros: Pascalle really was a great host. She visited me when I had just arrived and explained everything I needed to know. The appartment doesn't have its own parking lot, and parking on the street is troublesome and expensive. Pascalle pointed out a free parking lot, about 1,5 kilometers outside of the town, directly on the coast road. That worked out fine.

Cons: Eze sur Mer has a few restaurants and snack bars but no other commerce. So no bakery and no presse.
