Perfect base to enjoy Nice, one of the world’s finest towns.

Pros: Great central location, 10 mins walk to the main train station, similar to the promenade de Anglais. Property is managed by a local agency, whose office is 10mins away and has friendly, knowledgeable staff. Apartment itself, though small, is well designed, equipped and maintained- feels safe & secure and has a splendid & spacious balcony affording nice views in several directions bring on a corner. Restaurants, cafes, shops, tram & bus routes all very close. Old town pleasant 15-20 mins stroll.

Cons: No complaints. All information about the property is accurate.

Pros: Perfect Appartement with great A/C and really anything in you need. Wonderful Balcony with sun only in the Morning and Evening, which works perfect for August in Nice. Only 200 m away a big Supermarkt with fresh fish, chesse what ever you want to have fun cooking in the perfect equiped kitchen.

Cons: Nothing - may be: Time went far to quick 😀

Everything on your doorstep!

Pros: Close to shops, restaurants, beach, trains and trams, literally everything on the doorstep! Lovely comfortable 4th floor accommodation with lifts and sunny terrace.

Pros: Excellent staff kept in touch via email. Exceptional detail through email for location of keys, how to find the stay. Welcome pack on arrival. Clean and fully equipped apartment. Great location.

Cons: The only thing was the aircon was leaking. Build up of water I guess but it leaked on to the bed and my electronics on the night stand. Few things not mentioned on handover of marks of broken items but deposit was not touched and email received with kindness.

Pros: Great balcony, nice and bright apartment (although older building).

Cons: The apartment is run through a French holiday home provider so you need to register with them and follow their instructions and reserve a deposit in case you make any damage. They are friendly and it works but it is not as hassle free as using Booking.com.

Pros: it’s location ... it’s balcony ... the apt itself was excellent too .. Aircon in bedroom excellent

Cons: building itself ( outside the apartment owners control in fairness ) was a little worn in corridors

A lovely stay, our first time in Nice and we will be back.

Pros: Location was great, 10 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from the beach.

Cons: Surprisingly there was no bread knife (strange for France) the apartment block is old, I would say 1920's but kept well. Not modern but comfortable.

Pros: Mycket fin lägenhet med hög standard på inredning och utrustning. Bra läge nära stationen.

Cons: De allmänna utrymmena som korridoren och hissen var inte lika trevliga. AC:n droppade och stänkte lite på utsidan, på terrassen, vilket gjorde det lite svårt att utnyttja terrassen.

Proche de tout !

Pros: L’emplacement est idéal car à 10mn à pied de la gare et à 15 mn de la promenade des anglais et de la place Massena. L’appartement est conforme aux photos, la terrasse est un vrai plus.

Cons: Très bien pour 2 ou 3 personnes, sûrement petit pour 4.

Pros: The balcony view and the location close to the tram and train.
