Beautiful apartment in the heart of Nice

Ideal Location and Very Comfortable Apartment

Pros: The location and accessibility of the property are excellent. It’s in a perfect area for visiting the region — only a 5-minute walk to the train station and another 5 minutes to the main street. The beach is a 15-minute walk, and the route is very easy and pleasant. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Perfect for families with children.

Cons: The only downside is that there is a Lidl market right below the apartment, and deliveries start around 6:00 AM. The staff do their best to be quiet, but for light sleepers this may still be an issue.

Super clean and nice!

Pros: The apartment was really clean and nicely decorated, and the air-conditioning worked great! The facilities were also good for a shorter stay. Really nice to have a laundry machine.

Cons: The sofa-bed was quite hard, but not too unpleasant. It would be nice if there was access to a cleaning closet or at least a broom. The location is fine if you’re okay with walking 20 minutes every so often.

Excellent location and spotless

Pros: Great location, very central and close to train station and Lidl. Spotlessly clean.

Cons: Deposit had to be in cash rather than a pending card payment. We don't really carry cash on holiday so had to locate a cash machine and then the downside is that you get your deposit back (in cash) on your last day which then means you're left with €200 in cash that you either need to (a) spend on your last day or (b) exchange back into your own currency. This is an inconvenience since most people's last days will be just going to the airport and if you exchange the Euros you will lose some money in exchange fees. A card machine would solve this issue. As other reviews point out, Lidl deliveries can be noisy and early on some days but sleeping with ear plugs will solve this and was no issue for us. And can also confirm that the corridor outside of the flat does frequently smell of cigarette smoke from other residents but the smell does not permeate into the flat so it is also not an issue.

Pros: Very friendly staff and flexible arrangements which made the trip more smooth and enjoyable.

Cons: Smoke smell outside in the corridor however overall felt safe and comfortable.

Pros: It was an amazing apartment, the host was incredible with helping with all our enquiries and meeting us to show us round the apartment and with check out at the end of our stay. The apartment is beautiful.

Cons: There is some noise in the morning but with all the windows shut and the air con on this is barely noticeable.

Enjoyable experience

Pros: Everything was great - the location, the quality of the apartment, the reception, how clean and comfortable it is.

Our Nice stay at this property was awesome and will plan to return soon.

Pros: Proximity to both Nice Garr and tram station. Also lots of shops and restaurants nearby. A supermarket just outside of property.

Cons: Minor one which is the noise early morning outside apartment caused by supermarket delivery truck unloading supplies. Once the window is shut, you can barely hear the noise.
