Pros: The hotel's location is great! It is in a nice area, close to the beach and the Promenade, as well as many restaurants, cafes, and shops, central attractions, and public transportation. The man on the day shift at the reception desk was very polite and responsive to our questions. The hotel is really clean, although it is old and has not been renovated recently. The room was large enough, with good mattresses on the beds.

Cons: The room did not have a balcony, even though the reservation stated that it would. The flooring (carpet) in the room and corridors needs to be replaced. The night shift at the reception desk is not helpful.

Pros: Centrally located. Great to be able to explore nice on foot. Quiet.

Cons: Terrace was bare and had no view. It looks onto another building.

Pros: I liked most the location, close to the beach and restaurants. Even though there is no reception the check in experience was smooth and I had no issues during the stay.

Our best hotel choice to stay in Nice

Pros: The room was great, with a lot of space. The beds were super comfy, and the linen great. The location was a plus, super close to the beach and right in the corner of one of the busiest pedestrian streets with many restaurants and coffees. Nevertheless in the room, it was really quiet. Although it is a self check in hotel, when I need assistance, the staff came in 5 min.

Would stay here again due to its excellent location

Pros: Location was excellent, our large room was light, airy and clean. Kitchen facilities were very good. The free coffee machine in the reception area was very much appreciated. Would stay here here again.

Cons: We had problems with the automatic check in. We had to phone the help line. The staff member who came to help was very pleasant and sorted out the problem. There was a missing light shade on the bedside light in our room (205).

Perfect

Pros: We loved the hotel. The location is perfect. The room is spacious and comfortable. I liked that you can cook your own meals. Fridges are enough and it has enough space for groceries. There are enough dishes. Everything you need. Definitely want to stay next time.

Cons: Didn’t find anything

Pros: Clean, net hotel, well equiped kitchen with small separate refregirator boxes for the rooms, free coffee vending machine. Location is more than super, close to the beach, while not far from the station, as well.
