Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Arnaud’s apartment! Arnaud was very helpful and made everything easy from the beginning. The apartment was easy to find, and the location is perfect — just a few hundred meters from the beach, with a supermarket nearby and the tram only a stone’s throw away. I really appreciated the convenience and the warm welcome. Highly recommended!

A great stay

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, including small things like laundry detergent, oil, salt, etc. It’s very conveniently located, close to the tram and the beach. Key collection is very easy. The landlord is very reactive and helpful. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend it.

Cons: Sometimes it can get a little noisy from the street.

Pros: Super Wohnung! 2 Minuten bis zum Meer. Gute preiswerte Restaurants in der Nähe. Arnaud (der Vermieter) ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich nächstes Mal nach Nice reise, möchte ich wieder hier unterkommen.

Cons: Sowas gibt es nicht.

Pros: Расположение апартаментов хорошее, пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы, рядом трамвайная остановка, поблизости хорошие пиццерии и кафе. Апартаменты чистые, все нобходимое имеется, хозяин доброжелательный, всегда на связи.

Cons: В спальных комнатах было очень жарко спать из-за отсутствия кондиционеров (отдыхали в середине июля). Кондиционер был только в гостинной.

Perfekt um Nizza zu erkunden!

Pros: Nette Wohnung in perfekter Lage um Nizza zu erkunden und zu genießen. Arnaud war sehr gut erreichbar und hat uns bzgl. des Parkplatzes sehr gut geholfen. Die Straßenbahn vor der Tür ist perfekt um schnell in die Innenstadt zu kommen.
