Nice in Nice

Pros: It was very clean, the facilities were good, including the AC, bright with some nice touches and near a tram stop and the main bus station. The photos were accurate.

Cons: If you have to mention it, It was a little way out of the centre or seafront so you needed the tram or to be a reasonable walker.

Excellent place to stay in Nice if you don’t mind a bit of walking.

Pros: The appartement was really cosy and made me feel at home.

For our needs place was perfect.

Pros: The terrace was nice to hang before getting to the city center. Air conditioning worked well and there was all that's needed. Tram stop and grocery store were really close.

Cons: Locks were quite tricky to open, but after learning good technique it was easy.

Pros: The accommodation was comfortable and lovely. Facilties were as described. The owner was easy to communicate with and gave fast reply too! They were really nice to accommodate our requests. Will definitely visit again!

Bel soggiorno nella splendida Nizza.

Pros: La posizione è perfetta perché vicina alla fermata del tram che ti porta comodamente in centro. Si può andare velocemente in spiaggia sia a Nizza, sia nelle vicine Villefranche sur Mer e Cap Ferrat.

Cons: Parcheggi difficili su strada, ma c'è un parcheggio a pagamento con prezzi abbordabili ( circa 20 euro al giorno)

eine rundherum schöne Woche in Nizza verbracht

Pros: sehr nahe an der Strassenbahn Linie 1, damit in 15 min in der Altstadt bzw am Strand. Appartement sauber, gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht - und noch viel mehr -ist vorhanden. Caroline ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cosy, agréable et bien situé

Pros: Le logement est refait à neuf, très propre, bien aménagé et agréable à vivre. Les petites attentions et la disponibilité du Proprietaire sont également très agréables. La promenade des anglais est à seulement 20 minutes à pied. Le tram ainsi que des magasins d’alimentation sont également très proches. Ce logement était parfait pour mon séjour seule. je recommande a 100%.
