super views of Nice - worth a stay
Pros: easy communication to meet host and collect keys, super views, lots of space
Cons: no hot water in shower, but it was such a small problem which did not impact on the holiday

Outstanding house with breathtaking views
Pros: This house is absolutely outstanding, even better than the photos. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and with views that truly take your breath away. The garden and pool area are perfect for relaxing, and we loved the little touches that made it feel like a real home. It was the perfect base for enjoying Nice and the surrounding area.
Cons: We had a 4x4 and can honestly say the drive up was the most stressful of our lives! The roads are extremely narrow and winding, with cars parked along the sides, so larger vehicles will need nerves of steel. Allow extra time and take it slow, but the reward at the top is more than worth it.

Pros: If you want a spacious house with gorgeous views of the city, this is a perfect place. The house has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - very comfortable. The dining and kitchen area are roomy and great for cooking/eating together. The garden is beautiful and you have lemon and clementine trees with delicious fruits you can pick directly from the trees. There is a pool which is unheated, so if you're brave enough you can have a cold dip :) The hosts will leave you with some lovely goodies to get you started - wine, teas, coffee etc Just as a comment - if you are on foot be ready for some brisk mountain climbing to the property. If you have a car, prepare your nerves of steel for navigating the narrow windy road up to the property.
Cons: I would like to start this section off by aknowledging that we did not call the hosts about these issues, so we didn't give them a chance to rectify the problem. For such a high price property there seemed to be a lot of issues with attention to detail: - one of the trash bins in the kitchen had not been emptied (we just did it ourselves) it was full of trash which had attracted a lot of ants. There seems to be an ant issue in the area and they certainly find their way in through the terraces. The towels were not properly prepared for each bedroom/bathroom. We had to distribute all the ones we could find between all of us. Also, it did feel like the towels were not all properly washed. The communication with hosts could be smoother, they don't speak english and getting responses can take time. There were no general cleaning supplies like multipurpose cleaner and cloths to wipe down the dining table for example. Otherwise the kitchen is decently stocked with dishes and dishwashing supplies. In general, these issues did not ruin our stay, but were a minor inconvenience.

Pros: Ottima vista panoramica. Struttura molto accogliente e calda nel periodo invernale.
Cons: Strada molto stretta per raggiungerla ma non è colpa della struttura.

Bellissima villa
Pros: Bellissima villa con vista meravigliosa! Pulita e con tutti i comfort, comunicazione con i proprietari chiara. Tutto perfetto, la consiglio!
Cons: Un po difficile da raggiungere in macchina, a causa del passaggio stretto, ma la casa e la vista valgono assolutamente la pena!

Pros: Rauhallinen ja hiljainen paikka, josta hienot näkymör kaupungin yli merelle. Auringonnousu vuoren yli upea.
Cons: Jyrkkä kävely serpenttiinitietä pitkin ostosten kanssa. Kaikki taksit eivät suostu edes ajamaan ahdasta väylää ylös asti. Portaikot talossa pienille lapsille melko vaaralliset. Uima-allas oli tyhjä, kuulemma korjauksessa. Tietoa ei tästä ollut ennakkoon joten uimalelut oli turhaan mukana.

Perfektes Haus
Pros: Ruhige Lage, großartiges Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, viel Platz
Cons: Bitte beachten- Haus liegt am Ende einer Stichstrasse am Hang und die Serpentinen sind sehr eng- kleine Autos kein Problem- bei großen Autos Zeit zum navigieren planen.

Mooi huis in een mooie stad
Pros: Prachtige uitzicht over de stad.Elke slaapkamer eigen badkamer.Wasmachine,complete keuken.Mooie woonkamer,diverse terrassen en een klein zwembad met jacuzzi(niet verwarmt)
Cons: Moeilijk bereikbaar (smalle weg omhoog)met de auto.Advies om de auto te parkeren bij het huis(afgesloten met een hek/poort )en gebruik te maken van het openbaar vervoer.10 minuten lopen naar de bus en met 20 minuten aan het strand in het oude centrum van Nice.

Pros: This is a beautiful property overlooking Nice. Loved the swimming area, balconies, views and living spaces.
Cons: The view up on the hill was breathtaking! But driving through the very narrow streets up to the home in our small SUV was challenging. Allow plenty of extra time to get by the parked cars!
