I have really enjoyed my stay. I like the location, safety and distance to the beach and tram.

Pros: The owner met me at the property. Michael is a very friendly person.

Great service and good placement

Pros: The person who was in charge of Ind- and out check was very easy to come in contact with. On top of that also very flexible. The appartement in it self was located very well, it was a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes with tramp to reach the inner city. Overall an outstanding experience 10/10

Cons: There was nothing to dislike for me

Pros: Obiekt w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Morze i plaża 4 min piechotą, przystanek tramwaju 2 minuty. Klimatyzacja. Mieszkanie nie duże, ale funkcjonalne. Obsługa w porządku. Mili mieszkańcy kamienicy :) Blisko sklepy , restauracje.

Cons: Niestety w mieszkaniu są stare okna i drzwi balkonowe, przez co w nocy było słychać dosłownie wszystko : ruch uliczny, pociągi, tramwaj, i młodzież która siedziała w bramie apartamentu, wiejący wiatr potęgował jeszcze trzeszczenie drzwi, więc 3 noce nie przespane. Trzeba również popracować nad czystością, w łazience grzyb na silikonach, w szufladach pod umywalką brud.

Pros: Michael ist ein super angenehmer Gastgeber! Freundlich und verständnisvoll . Klimaanlage hat perfekt funktioniert. Nachbarn waren nicht zu hören. Nur von der Straße hört man schon was. Appartementlage ist nicht komplett Zentrumsnah, trotzdem sehr nah zur Haltestelle und damit alles schnell erreichbar. Genug Geschäfte , Restaurants und Lokale in der Nähe. Strand in 5 min erreichbar.

Cons: Es gab weder Duschgel und nicht mal Handseife. Es gibt kein Bett, sondern nur eine Schlafcouch.. Matratze war bequem, aber für zwei Personen leider bedingt geeignet. Mehr als 2-3 Nächte würde ich nicht empfehlen. Bei der Sauberkeit ist noch sicherlich mehr Potenzial vorhanden.

Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dobrze skomunikowany obiekt.

Pros: Appartement propre et jolie , proche de la mer le quartier est est sympa , le personnel au top. Un plaisir d’avoir passer un séjour dans cette appartement

Très bon rapport qualité prix à 2 pas de la mer

Pros: Le studio est situé dans le quartier de l’aéroport mais le centre de Nice est accessible en quelques arrêts de tramway, Par ailleurs, l’arrêt est juste à côté de la maison, ce qui facilite les déplacements même si vous ne voulez ou ne pouvez pas utiliser une voiture. La mer est vraiment à 2 pas. La Promenade, en fait, est accessible en environ 5 minutes à pied. L’appartement est en bon état et équipé de tout le nécessaire pour rendre agréable le séjour pour 1 ou 2 personnes. Le bâtiment, les parties communes et l’ascenseur sont dans des conditions décentes. Une terrasse avec un petit aperçu de la mer rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La zone est vivante, surtout pendant la journée, riche en commerces : pizzerias, supermarchés, boulangeries, magasins de vêtements et de chaussures, etc. La personne chargée de la remise des clés a été ponctuelle et m’a réservé un accueil cordial et familier.

Cons: On dort sur un canapé-lit un peu inconfortable dont le matelas est, à mon avis, trop mince.
