CHAMBRE CHEZ L'HABITANT - ROOM IN THE OWNER'S APARTMENT

Excellent except for City's defence.

Pros: Friendliness and helpfulness of owner. Location on key bus routes. And the balcony! Early bag drop arranged and I liked the dog!

I strongly recommend this place for friends trip

Pros: we had our balcony and the host was very kind lady, she kindly recommended us some places to visit

Fantastic host, fantastic apartment.

Pros: Everything! Shower and toilet was great. Bedroom fantastic. Had a lovely little balcony. Internet was good. The hostess with the mostest, Cléo, was wonderful. Really kind and sweet. And very knowledgeable about the city.

Cons: Nothing really. The distance to the town is quite far to walk so a bus is necessary. There is a stop nearby. But for some reason the bus drivers won’t accept cash for the journey and wanted to sell us a more expensive card, which we didn’t need. They are supposed to accept cash (as long as you have close to the correct change, according to the internet) All very confusing but nothing to do with the property. Just something you might want to figure out. Happened to us three times and it was very embarrassing because the drivers don’t speak English. They took our cash in the end each time. Ten minutes later. Very strange. Meant to ask Clèo about it but never got around to it.

The one to choose when you're in Nice!

Pros: Apartment's owner is so kind and helpful. She recommended us what to see in Nice and was so communicative!

Nice host, very good stay

Pros: The host was very nice and helped with our laundry too. The room was perfectly equipped. There is a supermarket nearby and the bus stop is in 3mins by foot. The dog is small and shy but really friendly. It was not inconvenient at all to live in their flat, it is easy to live with her. I would totally recommend this place for couples and I would choose this apartment again!

Cons: It was a little bit dirty: the bathroom and the bedroom too, but if you wear slippers, it solves the problem.

Nice

Pros: The room is big and well equipped, we had a balcony for ourselves, and Cleo is really nice, she let us leave our baggage there until we took the train. The place is a little bit far from the center and the beach, but well communicate.

Cons: The only thing was the hygiene. Although we were comfortable, some common spaces where a little bit dirty, because of her lovely dog. That was kind of disturbing

Pros: The host was amazing & a really interesting person with a place full of stuff she collected while she was travelling around the world! Made us feel really welcome and gave us a lot of valuable information about the city, stuff you can’t find online.

Super bra, kommer komma tillbaka.

Pros: Super trevlig dam som gärna berättar om och rekommenderar saker runt omkring. Allt man behöver finns, välstädat och fint. Vi fick kaffe/te och vatten. Fräscht, liten balkong, kyl, vattenkokare

Cons: En bit att gå från centrum, men bussar finns.

Pros: C'est plutôt reposant et merci encore à Cléo pour leur accueil chaleureux dans leur appartement, nous avons passé de bons moments tranquille 😉 tout est a disponibilité, bus , les épiceries, les grandes surfaces 🥰🥰🥰
