Renovated Apartment Near the Beach

Pros: Our stay here was lovely. The apartment has many considerate details which really facilitate a cozy stay in Nice. Both the sofa bed and the double bed are comdortable, great heating in winter chill days too. Very convinient traffic connecting both the old town and the airport. Highly recommend!

Pros: Nice clean apartment, everything you need is there. Right next to the tram stop. Very friendly owner.

Cons: The only downside is that you can hear your neighbors a lot.

Pros: The apartment is very close to the airport and only 3-5' to the beach ( Promenade des Anglais). It has farmacies, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The tram station is exactly in front of the apartment which is super convenient. The owner and the cleaning lady are super nice and always there to help and answer questions. They were really understanding with us as a family with a small kid. The apartment is clean, with a modern design, fully equipped and spacious. The big terrace is a nice addition.

Cons: The walls are pretty thin. So you can hear your neighbours, but 99% of the time, everybody was respectful and quiet.

Pros: The building is older style, but the apartment has been recently renovated and presents well in all aspects. It is spacious and has good amenities. The location is a few stops from the centre with an excellent tram connection at the front door. The owner is pleasant to deal with and responsive to any inquiries. We spent an enjoyable week there and would not hesitate to stay again.

Pros: 10/10 for the exceptional hospitality of the host as well as cleanliness and location.

Spacious and comfortable apartment near beach and tram stop

Pros: Perfect locaton right across the metro station and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is well equipped with every kitchen utensile you’ll need. The owner provided initial supplies of dish soap, sponges, garbage bags, washer and dishwasher detergent, Nespresso coffee pods, even towels and besch towels. Highly appreciated.

Pros: Beautiful clean & modern apartment with everything we needed, perfectly located near airport, with tram stop to city directly outside. Aircon, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, lovely bathroom/shower.

Cons: Old building, very small elevator to 4th floor but minor concerns!

Excellent stay in Nice

Pros: The apartment was as shown on booking.com. It was a spacious apartment and had all we needed for our stay. The beds were as comfortable as others have stated. The contact with Reda, the host, was great. Any questions were answered within a short while, both before and during our stay. The apartment was very convieniently located. The tram from the airport stopped right outside the front door and it only took about 7 minutes by tram to the center of Nice. There were several bakeries in the area, and larger supermarkets within walking distance. Also, the Promenade des Anglais was 2-3 minutes away, if you wanted to have a nice stroll into town. We can highly recommend the apartment and will for sure stay there again (if possible) on our next trip to Nice.

Cons: There was nothing not to like. All was great!
