Excellent location near the beach, with great facilities plus a friendly host

Pros: The location was excellent—just a short walk from the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The host was friendly and responsive, and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions for accessing the apartment, including details about the hidden key and door code. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Cons: If I had to nitpick, the shower was a little on the small side.

A lovely holiday, and I would like to return.

Pros: Location was perfect. Very easy walk to the old town of Nice and the beaches. It was very close to the tram stop Durandy, which was on the line 2 to the airport. The host was very helpful and prompt when the kettle needed to be replaced.

Good apartment in Nice

Pros: Nice topfloor apartment with partial view to the mountain. Location is close to all attractions and also train station. Same time night time good quiet.

Cons: They should add mosquito nets to the balcony doors so that mosquitos do not come in during the night. We closed the doors or shutter but then it was too hot again. Ironing board would be useful at apartment.
