Very good living experence! Love Nice!

Pros: The room is clean! The room is fully equipped. The geographical location is two minutes away from the beach! Safe, the landlord is very good! Reasonable price! There are three of us living there. The experience is very good. I highly recommend it!

Cons: Nothing need to improve. So perfect! Absolutely recommend!

Pros: Incredible apartment. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. The host was wonderful and accommodating to our scheduling needs. Very clean and in good order. We were able to store our luggage here prior to the place being ready. This was super helpful since we had just arrived by plane with all of our luggage and bike for an Ironman Triathlon. Also we were able to arrange a late check out since our train wasn't leaving until mid afternoon on our last day. Over all this place was just great for our needs.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Small but perfect for my family of 3.
