Pros: the location of the apartment and the view from the balcony is something that takes your breath away as if we had the Mediterranean and palm trees in our bed the tram is 1 min walk away which takes you in all directions, the FLOR sweets cafe is 1 min away we recommend

Sejour mémorable . Je recommande !

Pros: La vie panoramique sur le Promenade des Anglais et la mer Méditerranée. Le balcon et surtout la climatisation tres utile avec la canicule ! La souplesse de notre hôte et la gentillesse de Nelly la gardienne .

Cons: Le bruit des voitures qui passent devant l’immeuble

Super séjour, pleins de visites à Nice et les environs 👍

Pros: Appartement très bien situé face à la mer. Tramway et bus au pied de l’appartement. Appartement propre . Propriétaire très accessible et arrangeant pour l’arrivée et le départ. Très belle région .

Parfait !! Séjour trop court donc nous reviendrons

Pros: L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de toutes commodités et surtout cette magnifique vue mer. Bien équipé, tout y est. L'accueil et la bienveillance de la gardienne Nelly de notre arrivée jusqu'à notre départ a été très appréciable. Merci à elle ❤

Cons: Un peu bruyant (bruit de la circulation)
