Pros: Great location, clean, modern and good value for money

Cons: A little noisey at night but no big deal

Great Stay in a Great Apartment in Vieux Nice!

Pros: The property is basically right at Rossetti Square, an unbeatable location. 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms are a rare commodity in Vieux Nice. The property is in very good shape and comfortable. Some folks reported street noise, but we did not find anything objectionable and slept through the night. There's a small shop literally right next to the apt. street entrance which will sell everything you need (toilet paper, water, etc.). It's not hard to find another small store nearby if you can't find what you need. Monoprix will have everything. Numerous cafes abound in Vieux Nice-more than you can shake a stick at. The closet had no less than 6 beach umbrellas for you to use.

Cons: Yeah, you do have to pick up and drop off your keys at the Nestor and Jeeves rental office, which is not within walking distance. The process itself is easy, but as other people have indicated, the taxi or Uber cannot block the one way street (43 Rue de France) while waiting for you to get the keys. The master shower door only covers 50% of the opening (??) and lets water splash out onto the rest of the floor. Be sure to manually set or boost the hot water tank (next to the master bath shower on the wall) volume to \

Overall is a great apartment and we had a great stay in Nice.

Pros: Location. Very close to the beach and amenities. Close to the tram. Very comfortable and had tons of appliances.

Cons: The in -Suite bathroom had a sewage smell all the time. We had to close the door and could not use it. The staff gave us only one trash bag for the nine-day stay. The fact that we had to leave the key at their office when we left instead of leaving it at the property showed a lack of customer service

I would highly recommend this apartment for its central location in the old town, it’s great ambience, and overall comfo

Pros: The property was very conveniently situated in the heart of the old city of Nice. It was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The management company was easy to deal with and responsive to messages.

Cons: I don’t think there was anything that we didn’t like. I think it is important for travellers to be aware that vehicles/taxis can’t drive down into the old town, and that they will have to be dropped off a short distance away. As this apartment is in the old town, there is often a smell of the sewerage system, probably due to the age of the town. Again, this wasn’t a problem, just something to adapt to.

Pros: Perfect Location in Old Town!! We were able to walk to the market for fresh bread, fruits,and vegetables. Also we’re able to get croissants, grab espresso etc . Everything is very accessible. We loved the big kitchen !!! It’s nice to be able to have room for food, ice, veggies etc. also can grab a car, Uber, or Bolt .

Cons: All the rooms had A/c but I think the second rooms a/c didn’t work so they had a fan.

Pros: Abszolút rugalmasak voltak a kijelentkezéssel kapcsolatban, late check-out volt, tekintettel a repülő indulására. A lokáció tökéletes, ha valaki a régi városrészt kedvelné, családosoknak tökéletes választás lehet. Az apartman kifogástalanul tiszta, szép, igényes a berendezés. Nagyon jó, hogy van két fürdőszoba a lakásban. Az ablakok elég jól szűrik a kinti zajokat.

Cons: Kávékapszula, 1-2 mosókapszula jó lett volna, ha van a bekészítések között, illetve só és cukor. A hátsó szobához tartozó fürdőszobában néha csatornaszag volt.

Jättefin lägenhet med bra läge i gamla stan. Något smala sängar för två personer.

Pros: Läget i gamla stan. Välutrustad lägenhet. Bra med två badrum. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade bra.

Cons: Sängarna är för smala för två personer.
