Pros: Very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We loved the terrace and appreciated the air con. The location is good, about halfway between the station and the old town - both easily walkable.

Cons: Beware the lift which is picturesque but cannot take more than two people without getting stuck between floors.

Séjour très agréable dans le calme et en plus une terrasse ensoleillée.

Pros: la réception des clés a été très facile avec beaucoup de cordialité de la part de la personne qui nous a reçus.

Cons: La télévision était très mal réglée et difficile à obtenir.

Pros: La terrasse est grande mais devrait être balayée en même temps que le ménage. L’appart est bien placé par rapport à la promenade, vieux Nice, les magasins, boulangeries, restos. L’équipement est très correct. L’immeuble a besoin d’un coup de propre dans les couloirs. Le personnel my casa est sympathique.

Cons: Quartier un peu bruyant. La climatisation ne fonctionne pas très bien

Pros: Simple et efficace très bon séjour. Avec en point d’orgue une superbe terrasse, idéale pour les beaux jours.
