Ireland 🇮🇪

Excellent location

Pros: We booked as a group of 4 (older) ladies. The location was amazing, 3 minutes to the beach and 15 minute walk into the town and another few minutes on into the old town. Tram station less than 10 minutes away. Bars and restaurants even closer if you didn't want it venture into the old town. Supermarkets across the road for essentials. The accommodation was even better than it looked in the photos. Spacious and spotless. The staff were very accommodating with the timings of arrival and departure. The only down side to it was having to collect the keys at their office and not the property. It meant an extra taxi ride there and back. Overrall I would highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Tof appartement met een uitstekende ligging.

Pros: Ligging dichtbij zee en de Carrefour Terras De bedden zijn prima. Wasmachine is een meerwaarde Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Flesje wijn bij aankomst Super vriendelijke communicatie met Riviera Holiday Homes.

Cons: De sleutel moest afgehaald worden in een hotel op 30min.heen en terug stappen. Het terras was niet mooi gemeubileerd. Veel lawaai in het weekend

Très bon séjour à Nice. Les bons côté de l’appartement font oublier les mauvais.

Pros: Nous avons aimé l’emplacement, proche de la mer et de tous commerces, ligne bus et tram. Immeuble de caractère, très sécurisé, calme, avec ascenseur et climatisation. Grosse terrasse au dessus du jardin centrale. Literie correct.

Cons: L’ensemble des équipements et des meubles commencent à prendre de l’âge et il y a beaucoup trop de choses sur la terrasse qui pourraient être rangés ailleurs. Beaucoup de peinture, surtout au plafond méritent d’être refaites. En tout cas pour atteindre un vrai rapport qualité prix.
