An excellent, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a top central location !
Pros: Beautiful apartment in an excellent location, near the beach, shops, restaurants, everything is very close. Very well equipped kitchen. Parking well appreciated in this area where parking is very difficult. Large rooms and very comfortable beds. Perfect for a family (up to 4). Next time in Nice I will definitely come back here.
Cons: Nothing to complain, if only one little thing, TV only in Italian ... did not matter to me as I did not watch (I even speak Italian), but not all guests speak Italian and will certainly want to be able to see at least the main French channels ! Not everyone brings a laptop and a HDMI cable... That should not be so difficult !

Great place to stay
Pros: We stayed there for 3 nights and everything was amazing, the host was very welcoming and responsive

Pros: The apartment is on a great location, close to everything, has it's garage box two streets away which is super convenient, host is very friendly, bed is comfortable... Pretty much equipped with everything you might need. My recommendation by all means

Pros: Emplacement parfait Accueil du personnel efficace Parking bien pratique, quoique éloigné de l'appartement
Cons: Pour 93 euros de ménage, des progrès restent à faire : Vaisselle mal nettoyée dans les armoires Siphon de douche et lavabo bouchés par des cheveux des précédents clients. La chambre est mal isolée phoniquement : Coffre du volet roulant perméable aux bruits des bus, poubelles et balayeuses la nuit...

Great apartment for a stay in Nice, would definitely stay again.
Pros: We loved the location a block off the promenade and the balcony was amazing. Convenient grocery stores on and around the block, Very comfortable apartment for a stay in Nice!
Cons: Only critic was there were no paper towels or dish towels. The parking provided was too small for our large rental car, but many other options available.

Отличен апартамент,централна локация,Близо до плаж,до линия на трамваите.
Pros: Отлично местоположение,просторни стаи,удобни легла.Голяма тераса с гледка към морето. Има всичко необходимо в кухнята.Входът е поддържан,достъпът е удобен. Отделна баня и тоалетна.
Cons: Единствено това,че улицата е малко шумна.

Lots of room for improvement
Pros: Very close to all of the best parts of Nice and spacious with well equipped kitchen.
Cons: TV/video never worked and efforts to remedy disappointing. Shower handle kept falling off shower wall, coffee pods in kitchen misleading because THEY DIDN'T WORK FOR THE MACHINE PROVIDED, mattress was hard in bedroom and sofa bed had smelly sheets. Also, the parking really inconvenient as it was a small storage box blocks away making it not possible to easily take car out and back and such.

Pros: Közel a tenger, közel a város, közeledés szempontból nagyon jó helyen van. Kényelmes ágy, van terasz.
Cons: Éjszaka nagyon zajos az utca. Csukott ablaknál is mindent behallani. A fürdő felúításra szorulna. A mosogatógéphez nem volt tabletta.
