Great location with all the things you need to make. your stay easy and enjoyable. A perfect spot to base yourself for

Pros: The location of this apartment was great. You are not far from the station so it is very walkable and the other end is the promenade. Not too close to place Masséna or the old town so it not as busy yet you have lots of supermarkets and eateries at your door. There is a restaurant literally across the road and a bakery.

Cons: The shower could have been a bit cleaner and some cushions on the sofa bed would make it more comfortable to sit on - it’s quite deep.

Great stay!

Pros: Great location - quiet and within walking distance to Nice Centre. I made two reservations within a week for my parents and their friends, and they were very happy with their stay. They were upgraded to a lovely room with two balconies and the overall experience was great! The instructions on check-in and check-out are very clear too.
