Amazing central stay in the heart of Nice

Pros: The location is very easy to reach from the airport — there’s a tram right in front of the terminal that takes you very close to the apartment. The place is right in the heart of Nice, very central and close to all the main attractions. You can easily walk anywhere, and the train station is also nearby, which is perfect if you plan to visit other cities. The room we stayed in had a beautiful, very Instagrammable balcony with views in three directions — absolutely perfect for morning coffee and photos! Everything was very clean, with fresh bed linen and a well-kept room. We really had no complaints. Overall, a great stay in a perfect location. If I ever come back to Nice, I would definitely choose the same place again!

Pros: Location in the heart of Nice. Everything is close — the metro, bus station, and more. Worth the price you pay. The room has all the necessary amenities. Nice and clean. We stayed for 4 nights.

Cons: You have to check in at a different location. There was some noise at night from construction work, but it’s understandable since it’s in the city center.

Pros: Perfect location and the host seemed nice and chatty

Cons: Only issue is after the second night the cleaner left the door open with my personal belongings in the room it was concerning

Perfect for a solo traveller

Pros: Excellent position, well designed: small but feels spacious and modern. Great for a solo traveller, with all the basics covered.

Cons: Reception at hôtel Lyonnais wasn't very freindly and it looks run down.

Delight from the very arrival to the very end of the holiday

Pros: The location is excellent because it is in the very center of the city and a 5-minute walk from the beach, right on the square where all the happenings are. The bus and tram stops are immediately upon exiting the street, and the store is 300 meters from the apartment. The communication with the owner and the reception is wonderful, they always answered the messages in a short time, and the cleaners came every day. The ratio of quality and price amazed me. In the accommodation, you have everything you need, everything works from a stove, a stove, a refrigerator that works great and a lot of dishes. Everything was clean, there was no unpleasant smell. When I would return to Nice, I would go to the same accommodation.

Cons: There are no things we didn't like because the apartment feels like being at home. The only thing may be that you need to tell the maid to change the bedclothes yourself, but that's how it is in most hotels and apartments.

Would definetely stay again

Pros: The bathroom was very clean, as was the room. The room had an air conditioner that made some noise, but it wasn't a major inconvenience. A very comfortable and clean place.

Pros: Great location, great apartment and very helpful and friendly host.

Perfect room with a more than perfect balcony

Pros: The balcony is gorgeous! Bathroom very modern, bed very comfortable room clean, microwave, kettle, sink, and mini fridge all included with cutlery and cups as well !

Cons: Sink does smell quite bad.

Pros: You have everything what you need, in the centre of Nice

Cons: A little bit small, but OK for 2 persons

Amazing location, great value for money

Pros: Amazing location. Very clean, decently sized, air con in room, with mini kitchenette (microwave, coffee machine & kettle). Liked the way an iron and hairdryer were both provided. Perfect for a solo traveler.

Cons: Getting there via check-in at a different location was a bit of a hassle.
