Family Christmas Holiday

Pros: We stayed at a flat at 32 Rue Massena. The location suited us perfectly as we like the hustle and bustle of a busy street. Very close to everything. The flat was spotless. Great powered shower with plenty of hot water. Good kitchen with sufficient things to self cater if required. Excellent communication with the owners. We had a fantastic trip and look forward to returning.

Really nice place conveniently located for all amenities

Pros: Really nice location with plenty of eating places and minutes from the sea front. Very easy travel from the airport by tram and a short walk from the station. Communication with the host and keys pick up / drop off was very good. Nice clean place.

Cons: The second bedroom was a bit small for luggage. Clothes storage for 2 people sharing the room was a bit tight.

Great stay.

Pros: The location was fantastic, it was located in a busy, safe area within walking distance to everything that we needed. The aircon system in each room was excellent. There was plenty of storage and hanging space for clothes, including lots of hangers. The apartment was well equipped, with 2nr TVs (one in main bedroom), dishwasher, microwave, oven/hob, kettle, coffee pod machine, and washer/dryer. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was excellent, with an abundance of hot, high-pressure water. There were lots of mirrors and good lighting, great for putting on make-up. Despite being in a very central, busy area, we found the apartment (on the second floor) to be quiet, and we slept well.

Cons: The check-in process was not great. To cut a long story short, nobody met us at the allocated time for key collection and instructions were very unclear. The process was a bit stressful, especially with a tired 4 year old.

Perfect summery stay in October !

Pros: The best location evvvvver. It was a dream for my small family in Southern France !!! Couldn’t believe the price and the location. We walked to the Nice Ville station all the time to take the trains to other towns along the coast. In the morning it was 5 minutes’ walk to catch the sunrise at the beach.

Fantastic

Pros: Fantastic, clean apartment with excellent facilities, location perfect. 3 minute walk to beach, beside shops and restaurants.

Cons: Unfortunately it was quite noisy at night time

Pros: Great location, everything is at walking distance which is great. Easy check in and check out staff even helped me receive a package from a friend at the reception. Even if really clean the appartment can use some fixing...toilet seat not screwed in properly, fridge door broken and dangerous for a little one and dryer not working properly (even after a 3hr cycle!). Overall great stay but too expensive for the quality of the apartment and appliances.

Perfect for a girlie trip to Nice

Pros: The apartment is excellently located, with restaurants and bars outside your door and you're only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The air-con was a God's send...especially in 35° heat.

Pros: excellent location, clean apartment, good layout. We would have no problem to book this again

Cons: Bit better cookware and utensils (No sharp kives or bottlecap opener) drying of clothes difficult as no place to hang them properly

Pros: Overall the apartment is great! The location is very comfortable for seeing the most interesting places of the city and the sights. It is located in the heart of the city, you can easily get to the Promende des Anglais as well as to the number of restaurants and shops. Looks like the apartment has been recently renovated, it is very cosy and fresh. There are two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, also there is a comfortable kitchen which contains all the required equipment, everything you need to prepare good meal. Also, there is the washing and drying machine, and the working table for those who studies or work online. The host is very helpful, friendly and always helped us with all our needs.

Nice winter city break

Pros: Very Close to central square and promenade. Group of 4 travellers but plenty space for a group of 6 as had 4 single beds and a pull out sofa double bed. 2 bathrooms and all washing, cleaning and cooking facilities at your disposal. Given early entrance to the property which was great and great communication before and during check in. Wifi strong and having 2 full functioning bathrooms was great for having more than 2 people in our party. Would thoroughly recommend and use of any tbe share inn propertys I would expect to be similar value for money.

Cons: Nothing to not like and if being really picky, the stairwells in the building are a bit dated and in need of some repair but by no means a reflection on the apartment itself.
