Pros: For the price I paid, it was a great value. The room even had a kitchen, although I didn’t use it. If I return to Nice, I’d consider staying here again. The only bad thing l could say is there is no lift so l carried all my suitcases to up.

Pros: Great location walking distance close to the beach and city center

Pros: It was very comfortable, in a safe area and the facilities were exactly what we needed for a short, relaxing stay!

Cons: It was a bit of a walk up the stairs and from the beach, but not too far from central Nice

It was all good with wifi and everything as expected. Coffee& tea was good. I would book again.

Pros: The location and everything so close by. Easy to navagiate everywhere and even to get in and out the rooms. The direction to hotel and where key kept with step by step pictures was good and the constant email communication was brilliant as it reassured me that the place is still there for me. And not cancelled last minute by the provider. Having the key i had my own timing of been able to come in and out and location was just brilliant. Nice city on door step with the train stationa nd tram station across the road. Lidl 6 minutes walk and lots of halal resturant nearby so for me eating lunch and dinner was made easier.

Cons: Would helped if the bathroom hand a handwash. And maybe for future if they put a shelf up for toiletries usage whilst we are there. I had to keep toiletries in the bag on top of the toilet but otherwise it was all good.

Good place to stay few nights.

Pros: The place was clean and close to the city. Nothing to complain about.

Cons: Frying pan and hand soap would have been nice pluses.

Pros: It was at a good location. Room was nice and new. There was a small kitchen and fridge as well.

Cons: It did not had lift and bathroom was very small.

Cons: The 4th floor without an elevator may be inconvenient if you have large bags. to use the toilet, you need to literally squeeze into a small space, if you are fat, then you will have to go to the toilet from the window (I'm kidding, but it's really inconvenient)

Cute place in the center

Pros: Tiny, but cute place for short stay. Location is amazing. There’s a cooktop in the kitchen which was very important to us. The room has all necessities. The host responds quickly. I would recommend this place.

Cons: The bathroom is really small, but for a quick shower it’s okay.

Small cozy place near the center and the train station

Pros: Good location, easy check in per box. I had a small cozy room for 2 people, that has 2 windows, nice view to the street. There were welcome sweets and tea, small kitchen with refrigerator.

Cons: The room had hard smell of cigarettes, but after ventilation through windows it was ok.

Cosy apartment near Nice train station

Pros: Well located apartment within walking distance to the train station, downtown Nice and other shops. Well furnished apartment with coffee, teas and little madeleine snacks. Lots of food options around.

Cons: Stairs are painful with lots of luggage, but if you only have a light bag it’s perfect!
