Pros: Best accomodation for a family of 4 Super clean,with a kitchen and all supplies to cook breakfast or dinner Big refrigerator with,filter water and ice!! My kids were soooo happy about the whole kitchen...A room walk in closet ,enough for 4-8? people.. Its location was perfect, just around the center ,tram -stop just in front ,and train station so close Super comfortable temperature in every room and double windows to keep the sound of the city out A farmers market just outside its door ,with fresh fruits ,vegetables and flowers!!

Excellent apartment in a perfect location

Pros: Excellent 2-bedroom apartment that exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect - tram across the road, supermarket and cafe downstairs, and just a short walk to the train station. Plenty of shops and cafes nearby, and it’s only about a 15-minute walk to the beach and the old town (or you can hop on the tram). Highly recommend!

Perfect, comfortable, modern apartment which was perfect for exploring Nice

Pros: Perfectly clean, modern, comfortable beds, fully equipped, good location for the beach and the shops and bars. We were on the second floor but there was a lift for my elderly father so no loads of stairs to climb. Liza our host was exceptional with her communication and the hotel reception staff were extremely helpful with our check in. Also there is a restaurant on the ground floor and the food was superb in there so definitely worth going to.

Cons: The property was in the heart of Nice so there was some outside noise. It didn’t bother us and didn’t keep us awake but may do for some.

Great location in Nice

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious appartment, great soundproof, very comfortable beds.

Cons: Coffee machine could be improved and coffee was not provided. The stain on the couch is still there.

Pros: Very convenient location close to Nice station for travel to and from the Monaco GP. Lovely roof top bar serving tapas and drinks with a fab view. Lots of lively eateries in the Liberation area and bustling market on Sunday morning.

Pros: Really nice appartment, with a spacious living room and beautiful bedrooms. We loved the stay here.

Cons: The couch was not comflatble to sleep on. Had some trouble to find the parking.

The room itself was beautiful, especially the lovely balcony and windows, which added to the overall comfort and relaxation. The entire space was clean and tidy, and the environment was very quiet, ensuring a good quality of rest. The front desk staff were friendly and provided attentive service, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. In Nice, it's hard to find a better accommodation option than this—highly recommended for all travelers visiting the city!

Cons: Nothing to be dissatisfied with—the only issue might be that the room was so excellent that it could be very difficult to book during peak seasons. Everyone should plan ahead and book early, haha!

Pros: We Had a great time at Montsigny Hotel. The apartment was cozy,comfortable and spacious. The staff very polite, cooperative and professional. The location Is great .In brief ,good value for money. The great convenience Is 24/7 reception desk as well as free luggage storage . Warm recommendation for your holiday in Nice!

Pros: This is a really nice very well presented spacious apartment which very much exceeded what I expected. It’s in a very convenient location close to burg railway stations and has easy access to the rest of Nice.
