Pros: Great to have my own studio with kitchenette, plain and tastefully furnished/decorated, with very friendly cafe downstairs for excellent lunches too. Nice atmosphere with the language students living there.

Cons: I was given a top floor room to begin with which only had a small skylight.

Very pleasant stay & highly recommend for visitors to Nice with family.

Pros: Perfect Location to all the tourist spots in Nice. Staff & Directors are very helpful.

Cons: No TV in the room.

Pros: Easy to check in. Room was quite clean. Neighborhood is good. Not noisy at night.

When i return i hope to book this residence again. I recommend it highly.

Pros: Alli should be comended for his excellent customer service. He was most helpful and accommodating. The office staff responded so supportively when i lost my room key card. They provided me with another temporary one immediately.

Pros: Sistemazione silenziosa a due passi dal centro di Nizza. Abbiamo apprezzato l'uso dell'angolo cottura, che con i prezzi del ristoro a Nizza, ci ha garantito una permanenza low cost .

Résidence bien située

Pros: Bien situé, proche de la mer et du Centre-ville. Intérieur de l’établissement calme. Très facilement accessible de la Gare. Chambre propre.

Cons: Équipement un peu juste (manque une bouilloire, il n’y avait pas de bonde dans le lavabo, au risque de boucher le syphon en y faisant tomber des petits objets), la plaque cuisson ne fonctionnait pas . Le sommier du lit n’était pas très confortable

Çok memnun kaldım konaklama seçimimden

Pros: Konumu güzel ve nezih bir mahallede, fransızca kursları olan bir şirketin konaklama hizmeti. Dolayısıyla etrafında birçok öğrenci var. Binası eski ve güzel bir mimaride, oda temiz ve kullanışlı, tek eksik saç kurutma makinesiydi.

Pros: Proximité avec la gare et la possibilité de laisser mon sac temporairement

Pros: J ai tout aime le service la chambre le personnel l'organisation de me recevoir au heures de mon arrive . La chambre attribuée franchement tout bien et séjour de qualité bon emplacement.
