Enjoyable stay in a comfortable apartment in a good location

Pros: Great location and views with a sizeable terrace. Spacious for four people. Modern and very clean. Instructions to enter property very clear. Good parking.

Cons: No lighting in half of the living room; some plugs did not work and a loose socket in bathroom; bulb over one bed needed replacing

Pros: Everything. Madame at reception was very kind and helpful, made us upgrade of our apartment for free 😁 Everything was simply perfect.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

We had a relaxed stay and enjoyed visting Eze and Nice. The bus trip to Nice was very convenient.

Pros: Great location with a lovely view. The restaurants nearby were very good. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Overall a great time.

A truly beautiful villa in stunning surroundings! 100% genuine property, and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful.

Pros: The views,kitchen,BBQ and the pool were all fantastic!!!

Cons: The road to the property is very tight but not a problem unless you are arriving late at night, try and arrive during the day.

Comfortable accommodation in an excellent location.

Pros: La Perle d'Eze is in a very convenient position for visiting the mediaeval village of Eze. We were upgraded upon arrival which was much appreciated. Pool is lovely though not very big. There's a little garden with sunbeds. Views are lovely. Staff were extremely helpful. Beds are comfortable. Good to have a sizeable balcony, though this would have benefited from some comfy chairs for sitting and admiring the view.

Cons: There was a notice in my kitchen area saying that the housekeeper wasn't responsible for cleaning the kitchen on departure- I was. If I didn't leave it in spotless condition I would be fined 50 euros! I never leave accommodation dirty in any way, but I didn't like having to grovel around on the floor to thoroughly clean out the fridge. My knees were so painful, and the threat of a fine seemed over the top. My friend's accommodation in the same building did not have this notice! The second bedroom was very small with not much storage, and did not have a window. Wifi was good when it worked, but kept fading out.

Amazing hotel and would love to return

Pros: Excellent location. Apartment was nice and big with plenty of room for 5 people. Beds were comfy and sofa bed was large and comfortable. Pool was fantastic and mostly empty with some nice lounging area options. Staff were particularly helpful especially Yasmin.

Cons: Only downside was WiFi signal was poor but didn’t especially bother us.

Pros: The property has great location with a lovely sea view and a charming old Eze village near. The parking and friendly staff at the reception.

Cons: There are some rules, what you have to do or you get to pay additional money for it. That is not a welcoming for a traveler and a bit annoying. Better to raise up prices a bit and cover cleaning, trash droping etc, than make these warning notes around the place.

Pros: Great communication before check in, especially as we arrived late. Clear instructions to enter/get key. Great location for exploring Eze. Good car parking facilities. Very clean rooms.
