Pros: We had a great reception with an aperitif and snacks. Apartment was very spacious and located near Nice centre but quiet enough.

Cons: Parking is difficult , but not impossible

Pros: Très belle appartement rénové avec goût très bien placé à proximité du port et du vieux nice propriétaire très réactif

Pros: L accueil du propriétaire impeccable. L appartement très bien situé, spacieux , confortable , propre avec beaucoup de charme ( une âme d artiste ?). A proximité de toutes les attractions de la vielle ville, marché aux fleurs, plages et restaurants.

Cons: Les places de stationnement sont nombreuses mais occupées.
