Villa Serafina Apartements

Pros: Hugo's immediate responses. Hot water was awesome as well as the heating in the unit.

Cons: Bathroom tiles were needing grout cleaning plus shower holder slipped and wouldn't remain where I wanted up but it worked. Kitchen silverware was a mixture of odd pieces but OK for 2 people.

Pros: Nice, clean, modern, and spacious apartment. Nice touch from the owner to leave some goodies for us. Close to tram station and supermarkets and boulangery. The location was very good, very convenient for us.

Cons: The apartment was ok but felt a bit impersonal. We would have appreciated some rugs to make it a bit cosier as the floor was very cold for this time of the year. AC/heating took a while to work and felt a bit cold. There was no toaster in the kitchen, and the fridge was not working properly. All our stuff was frozen even at the minimum temperature... We had no contact with any staff at all. Also, there was no balcony for us. Not good WiFi signal. It would be much appreciated to be able to talk to somebody during our stay. But overall, we had a good time at Villa Serafina :)

Pros: Good location, easy to find, we could walk to the town center, the port, and the waterfront. Small but comfortable. The host accommodating and available if needed. Good value for the money.

A lovely comfortable apartment to rest

Pros: Apartment was very tidy, clean and situated in a lovely area of the city. Host provided toiletries, fresh towels and the apartment was well equipped with kettle, hairdryer etc.

Cons: Shower head couldn't be raised to above head height due to the bracket not staying in place so had to hold the shower head above head when washing hair otherwise no complaints

A nice and cosy room at an affordable price

Pros: A compact room with all facilities needed for a short stay. Bathroom is very clean and modern. The balcony is small but nice, and the air conditioning works well. The hotel is situated near the tramway, and you can reach the city center easily.

Cons: The kitchen furniture is worn but still usable.

Lovely affordable option in Nice if you want a studio apartment.

Pros: Neat little self contained apartments in a good location in Nice 2mins walk from L1 tram stop (Saint-Roch) and 10mins to Nice Riquier train station. The apartment location also has a lovely Patisserie just across the main road, also mini supermarket and fresh food shop next to tram stop. The room itself is not huge but ok for short to medium stays. Large renovated bathroom, and my room had good size balcony overlooking the street. Very quiet at night :)

Cons: Only issue is the WiFi is very very slow. Fine for normal internet use but don't rely on it if you need to transfer a lot of data.

Pros: Great location in a nice quiet area! Everything was easy to get too and not far from main areas. Staff were so friendly and check in was super easy

Cons: No housekeeping so didn’t have to maintain supplies

Pros: Good location close to Garibaldi with good connectivity to other parts of the city

Cons: Can offer cleaning service once in two or three days

I will definitely stay here again!

Pros: Great location and excellent value
Villa Serafina is very well located, with easy connections to all major destinations by both train ( Nice Riquier) and tram 1 (Saint-Roch).The price-quality ratio is excellent. A few small improvements would make the stay even better, such as a soap holder in the shower, a towel hook in the bathroom, and a foldable drying rack on the balcony. The manager, Hugo, is very attentive and provides all the necessary details, plus extra information if you ask. Overall, a great place to stay in Nice!

Good location and very compact apartment with a pretty Mountain View!

Pros: Location was perfect and we slept really well thanks to the air conditioner!

Cons: Dishes were mostly dirty when we arrived and the toilet smelled really bad.
