Nice place with good price. Just make sure you choose the right room with a big bed for couples.

Pros: A good place with simple conditions. But generally a good one, if you are searching for a place with parking, swimming pool, balcony and between Nizza and Monaco.

Cons: You need to know that some rooms have separate beds and the sofas are only for one person. It means that if you have a room for 4 people, all 4 have a separate bed.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The location was superb, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Homely apartment, nice layout and small private garden. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Everything we needed. Quiet and peaceful.

Cons: Only one toilet roll provided for five people staying two nights. Unable to receive WIFI from apartment.

Excellent location, great staff, apartment was scruffy though.

Pros: Staff were lovely, including the receptionist who was very helpful and the staff at the cafe by the pool. The location was phenomenal, very handy for the bus and not too far from Beaulieu train station which you can also get the bus to. Nearer to Beaulieu than Villefranche, but both lovely little towns. Not far from Nice and walking distance to the beach. The food and drink at the cafe by the pool was excellent value for money.

Cons: The apartment was a bit scruffy and needed refurbishing, the fan on the bathroom wall was totally broken, the sofa beds were not confortable as sofas at all. The TV reception was not good but we didn't bother to report it as we were sitting outside most of the time anyway.

Cons: Rooms unfortunatly very shabby and dirty and in need of an overhaul.

Pros: Very good location, overseeing the sea, lots of restaurants nearby. Secure parking. All sorts of kitchenware for use.

Good staying in the beautiful coast line near Nice

Pros: Both the location and the view from the balcony were fantastic. Nice little apartment for my family with two little daughters. Good accommodation to visit Nice, Èze and the pretty villages around there.

Cons: We didn't use the double bed in the entrance because the radiator in that room was broken. It was broken also the other radiator in the main room, but we used the a/c to warm the temperature and we stayed all 4 in the two couch/beds.

Pros: The pool and bar area are great. The location is absolutely fabulous! Most staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Absolutely no communication from Pierre et Vacances before our day of arrival despite numerous messages from me via Booking.com regarding our late arrival. (My arrival time of midnight had been automatically refused by their system on booking.com). This caused considerable stress. Ended up having to ring them, but be warned, reception is not open very often! Beds were not comfortable, and the bunk beds are very much for children, so don't expect to be able to sleep 4 adults in a 4 bed studio!

Pros: Excellent location, 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to train station. Lovely accommodation, the hotel felt very secure with gates that could only be accessed by the fob given with the keys. Free secure parking available and the staff at the pool bar where very welcoming and friendly, food also very good value for money
