Apartment Heliotel Marine 4* Bord de Mer

Pros: The apartment was perfect – very clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you might need. It had a beautiful sea view, a large terrace to relax on, and access to a big, very clean pool. There was always enough parking space outside as well as in the garage, which was very convenient. The location is excellent and in a very interesting area, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our host René was extremely kind and professional. He explained everything clearly, handled everything smoothly, and was always helpful. You can really tell he cares about the comfort of his guests. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back to visit again. Highly recommended!

A holiday full of experiences

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect, the beach is 3 minutes away, the spacious apartment is very well equipped. The bonus is a large terrace with a sea view, a swimming pool and parking. A closed, guarded area with tennis courts, a children's playground and a swimming pool. René was very nice, friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. He also provided us with above-standard information about events in the locality. We spent one of our most beautiful holidays here, full of experiences and comfort. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Great communication and help and beside the sea

Pros: Rene, the host was amazing, very helpful and accommodating, we had an issue with the flight due to strikes and we landed at different airport and the journey was caotic. but I was in contact with Rene and helped us a lot, we really appreciate it. Also, it is beside the sea and have a swimin pool Rene, the owner or admin of the property made a big difference to our experience, super helful, Thanks again Rene

Cons: The property can be refurbished a bit, but it is ok

Beautiful surroundings, wondeful sea view.

Pros: The beachfront location, the closed garden, the underground garage, the sea view, the great terrace. Nice, helpful host. Convenient beds. Cleanliness.

Cons: Very small kitchen, the second bedroom is very small and without door, the lack of wifi.

Pros: Rene was there to meet us at the time we had scheduled. He explained everything well about the place and was very nice. The apartment is also very nice and the one we got had a great view of the sea with a very large patio. An excellent value for the price. The main bedroom and living room were very nice, as were the kitchen and toilet. Everything was clean.

Cons: One of the two bedrooms is quite small with a bunk bed for shorter people (I didn't use it.) There is no door for privacy on the bedroom with the bunk bed. I made one effort to get into the bottom bed, but realized that it would be too difficult for me at the age of 77 to get in and out of it. I think it could work for younger people 5'6 or shorter and is ideal for children. I slept on one of the 2 sofas in the living room (Both of them were very comfortable so not a problem for us. ) We only had one key, so the 3 of us left and entered at the same time. This could be a problem for some people as everyone needs to coordinate their schedules. It was fine for us. Also, we kept the one key inside the front door at night in case of fire. If the front door is locked and nobody can find the key, you are locked in with no means of escape. I strongly recommend that everyone do that.

Pros: Appt spacieux et fonctionnel. Bien situé, à 2mn à pied de la plage. Piscine agréable. Très pratique si vous avez un avion à prendre à l'aéroport.

Great place for families, bad cleaning no WiFi

Pros: The location is great, not in the center of Nice but the bus station is so close. Literally 2 min walk to sea. The owner is really talkative and friendly he helped us . One time, the electric went off and when we call him he answered at the night time at 22:00ish. Great place to stay with your family. Big living room with big balcony and windows and great view, he upgraded us to better room with no extra fee.

Cons: It is dirty, he should change the cleaning worker definitely. The towels and bedding set look like they didn’t wash. The second room is so small and dark has no windows, we couldn’t sleep there with the bunkbeds. The toilet is really dark and has no windows or ventilation. The furniture is so old especially in the living room the chairs are so old that my daughter hurt herself with the edge of the chair. DEFINITELY NO INTERNET be ready for it, he told us to go to Mc Donald’s to find WiFi.

Pros: The host was amazing, very friendly, gave us instructions for everything we needed, and even upgraded our suite to a bigger one without extra charge. We will definitely come back again. The place is great for families, there is a nice beach nearby, 3 min walk. Great experience!

Pros: L'emplacement de la résidence, la possibilité de se garer facilement, et la gentillesse du propriétaire. Le studio était assez grand ce qui est très agréable.
