Quality Aparthotel Nice

Very nice

Pros: The room is very spacious, with a balcony, outdoor table and chairs, and a wall of flowers—perfect for a candlelight dinner. There’s also a stovetop, and both the bathroom and living area are very large. The kitchen is well equipped. Reception were friendly and attentive.

Very good aparthotel

Pros: Good aparthotel, clean and comfortable studio. There are underground parking with tax. Pets friendly hotel.

Cons: It was difficult to enter in the lobby at first, because the door may open only with a chip

Normal place at reasonable price.

Pros: Good apartment in a busy city. Location is not very central but if you travel by car, they have underground parking.

Cons: Only one bathroom and toilet in bedroom though the apartment is for up to 4 persons.

Pros: Will exactly go back to this place only! happy, friendly and kind staff, clean apartments! 10/10

OK but not great

Pros: Very spacious with balcony - no views. Bit far from old town and promenade. Easy access to tram line. Close to convenient stores.

Cons: Removed from tourist area. Not many dining options available. Bar only serves soft drinks.

Very enjoyable

Pros: Had to navigate the trams to get to the shopping area of Nice aswell as the Promenade de Anglais. The trains however were a 3 min walk from Hotel. Hotel was spotless, and staff very courteous

Cons: The hotel a bit further away from the hub of Nice

Great apartmant hotel complex to stay at while exploring Nice

Pros: Nice spacious apartment with everything you need for your stay. Very good location, close to all attractions (within 30 mins walking) and 4 mins away from Nice Riquier Train Station where you can take the train for all the trips outside of Nice. We used the pool twice and it was nice to have it in the property.

Pros: Clean, super comfortable beds (even the sofa bed) and supermarket next door was very handy

Cons: Further away from beach than expected. Good 30mins walk. Was surprised by shared seniors living complex.

Great stay , comfortable room

Pros: Really lovely staff , very helpful and warm and went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed for our baby ( cot and chair !) We liked the location a lot. It’s more of a residential area and there are some great bakeries etc nearby . Train and tram are really close . Great play park nearby also . Having a pool was a bonus . The hotel is unusual in that it’s shared with some older residents. We actually really liked This . They were full of smiles for our children and actually there is something nice about making other people smile .

Cons: Getting access to the building is slightly confusing on arrival but then absolutely fine once you’ve the key . We left very early in the morning to head to the airport . I was in a slight panic as it states on the check out area on the app that the place should be cleaned and hoovered and bins taken out . We had ensured that the dishes etc were all washed and I had swept the place but then we were in a total panic trying to rush for the taxi and sort the bins / recycling. We ended up forgetting to put them out in the end and I was totally stressing as it says that you could be charged . Maybe some clearer guidance would be helpful .
