Top summer house with great hosts, excellent for relaxing and sightseeing near Nice
Pros: Practically everything - from staff and online contact whenever needed, comfort of the apartment and the bedrooms, its facilities (we felt like at home), to swimming pool with sunbeds etc., great views and unexpected welcome pack with champagne :) Some people complain about the road uphill but we loved it too - it pays off with the views and quiet surroundings. Still, the location is very close to the city/beach, local boulangeries and supermarkets.
Cons: No issues.

Probably the most amazing location at the middle sea
Pros: It was our second stay at La Coulina and we are still in love with this amazing property and the city itself. La Coulina offers you everything you need to relax. Especially the view on the sea, the quietness and the swimming pool are our big highlights. Especially with a child the living room and the garden are ideal to purely enjoy your vacation. Apart from that everything that is needed is available. The owners are extremely polite and we are thankful that they have created such a paradise directly in Nice.

Wonderfull luxury house for visit Nice and the area ... Wow ...
Pros: - House with a perfect size for 4 people - Wonderfull view to the sea and Nice - Great garden with heated pool - Perfect welcome and key transfer by Emilie (Thanks) - Very clean - Fully equipped with everything (from bath over kitchen to garden) - Air conditioning - Quiet area (you even do not hear the planes from the nearby airport - you only see them coming in) ... why did we went home. Should have stayed there ... ;-)
Cons: Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

Words can‘t explain this perfect place
Pros: We spent a week in La Coulina with our little daughter and it was just amazing. The first time since years we have found a location were we could totally relax from daily life and purely focus on us as a family. It is still hard to realize that our vacation is over but we are constantly talking about this perfect place. The size of the house is perfect without stairs for a little child. Apart from that everything is modern and functional. Everything that is required is available and there is nothing were you could find a potential room for improvement. You can feel that the owners are proud of this amazing property. Emilie as well as the owners are extremely polite and flexible if you have any kind of special wishes. In a nutshell La Coulina is a place that you must have experienced and you will remember it for your entire life.

Pros: Villa curatissima , gentilezza della proprietaria e di Emilie che ci ha accolte da subito con tanta dedizione, vista stupenda, piscina meravigliosa, spazi confortevoli.
Cons: Necessitá di auto per arrivare alla villa .

Pros: Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, der Meerblick vom Haus ist super, auch der Sonnenaufgang kann gut gesehen werden. Der beheizte Pool ist zu kühleren Zeiten sehr angenehm und erlaubt es auch im Herbst täglich zu schwimmen. Man fühlt sich alleine und privat und durch die großen Glasfronten hält man sich selbst bei schlechterem Wetter gerne im Haus auf. Caroline (die Besitzerin) war sehr freundlich und stets um eine gute Kommunikation bemüht. Beim „Poolhaus“ gibt es einen separaten Kühlschrank, was recht praktisch ist. Es stehen alle Geräte und Küchenutensilien zur Verfügung, die man braucht, Tische, Sessel, Liegestühle und sogar eine Hängematte für den Freibereich sind vorhanden.
Cons: Wie viele andere bereits erwähnt haben, ist die Zufahrt ein wenig schwierig. Nicht nur weil die Straße etwas schmal ist, sondern auch weil die Pflanzen entlang des Wegen nicht geschnitten werden und sehr viele kleine Steine auf der Straße liegen. Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise war das ebenfalls von vielen angesprochene Internetproblem noch nicht gelöst. Statt Glasfaser stand nur eine eher langsame WLAN Box zur Verfügung. Ein Termin mit einem Techniker wurde für den Tag vor unserer Abreise angeboten, den wir aber nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Wir gehen davon aus, dass das Problem damit für weitere Gäste hoffentlich behoben werden konnte. Der Checkout war an sich problemlos (ein etwas späterer wurde uns angeboten), allerdings fühlte sich das Prozedere eher nach einer Kontrolle an (inkl. Bestecklade) als nach einer Verabschiedung.,

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub mit einer netten Gastgeberin.
Pros: Die Aussicht, die Ruhe, liebevolle Einrichtung, der Pool, das Haus und der schöne Garten.
Cons: Hierzu kann man nichts schreiben.
