Pros: Very good size Beautiful pool / garden , Nice kitchen and living area It was clean

Cons: 1-no barbecue! given the outdoor facilities would be nice to have barbecue available to use . 2- the shower doesn’t drain at all which caused a lot of inconvenience as we had only the bath tub to use . 3- would be good to have a spare black bin bag to use and some kitchen tissue. 4- outdoor shower doesn’t work . 5- clothes dryer is not working .

Pros: House is on perfect place, super clean and everything is new, pool is amazing and clean. Staff is polite and profesional. We strongly recommend it.

Beautiful Villa and would definitely recommend. Better in person.

Pros: This was truly an amazing exoerience. We have never stayed in a villa before as we usually opt for hotels. However this experience has definitely changed our minds going forward. Thed most beautiful villa. So clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Felt homely. Pictures do not do this villa justice. Better in person.

Cons: Nothing. Just wish we booked it for longer.

An oasis from centre Nice.

Pros: The property was beautifully clean and had a private pool which was lovely, rare in Nice too. The landscaping in the garden was lovely and the addition of the artificial grass was a nice touch (although it can get very hot to stand on during the day). The fridge has a water and ice dispenser which is lovely for when the weather is very warm. The property also has multiple bathrooms which is useful when travelling with a group of people.

Cons: The property is not within walking distance from Nice and a taxi to and from central Nice is about €18-€20 a in and out (this can be nice however as a get away from the business of the centre). The property also does not have any air condition which makes some nights very very warm.

Pros: La piscine en premier et bien sûr la villa très pratique toutes les installations sont bien conçu très grand salon cuisine très bien équipée les deux salle de bain et wc très pratique un super séjour
