Great hotel in a great location

Pros: The staff were great. A special thanks to Ellen who made our stay for a 50th birthday very special. Our room was very spacious and immaculate. Location of the hotel was very good, just a few minutes walk to the beach. We only stayed 2 nights but we will definitely be back for a longer trip and would stay here again absolutely.

Excellent hotel

Pros: Excellent pool and SPA . Really good early evening buffet. Very friendly staff. Good location. Good art works.

Cons: Restaurant good quality but a little expensive. As was the breakfast which we did not have.

Pros: Bright, airy and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and service excellent. Location was great for exploring Nice and surrounding area.

Simply fantastic

Pros: The staff were exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic and we were made to feel very welcomed.

Cons: For our liking the bed was a bit soft, but could be perfect for others

It is the perfect hotel if you are looking for the Great service and comfort.

Pros: The Hotel staff were amazing, so attentive to our needs and always there to have a chat while we were waiting for tours. The Position of the hotel was a few minutes walk to the city Centre and the old town, but we enjoyed being in this position. Cannot wait to stay there next time.

Cons: To be honest, the only thing I didn't like, was that on 2 days that we stayed at the hotel there were private function on the rooftop / Pool area so we couldn't utilize these facilities.

Perfect location

Pros: Spacious rooms, amazing restaurant and hospitality

Excellent but sort out the problems with the pool.the pool

Pros: The decor, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff - especially in the restaurant, cafe etc. Nothing was too much trouble. It was an extremely pleasant stay. Not the first time we have stayed there and we will return again. Super hotel and the location is excellent. I also appreciated the effort to provide gluten free food, this is a great improvement.

Cons: The swimming pool! The steps are dangerous and it is difficult to get in and out of the water. The deck chairs are dangerous, uncomfortable and again difficult to use. A lot of people were complaining about them. No bar at the pool - and no life guard. Had there been an accident, it would have been problematic. We have told them that the pool needs attention many times but then never make a move to improve the facilities up there.

More a four star than five star intentionally, however, was comfortable and convenient and would stay again.

Pros: Location great for what we needed. Liked the rooftop outside seating and spa in particular.

Cons: Found pillows and bed a little hard.
