Great views, value for money, close to amenities and stations.

Pros: The property was very close to the beach had a beautiful view off our balcony every morning. Close to the tram which directly takes you to train station to get you to Monte Carlo. Great room very clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and shops would stay there again.

Cons: Would have been nice if there was a small fridge in the room. Had to keep buying ice to keep everything cool

Pros: Old fashion hotel, but you know what you get. It's old building so can be noisy. Generally I had good stay. I didn't come for the luxurious hotel, but for great region of France :)

Cons: Some mald in bathroom, change of shower curtain will be great.

Pros: Very nice location by the sea. You have to walk a bit for nice restaurants or you can have a snack. Car parking costs 15 euros and safety parking.

Pros: We had a very nice stay here. The building is old and a little bit worn but i has lots of french charm. The room was clean and well furnished with a nice little balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Promenade and the beach of course - just across the street and a tram station nearby makes the location really good.

A great place for a few nights if on a budget.

Pros: The location was decent, and we had a slight view of the beach from our balcony. For two nights, there was plenty of room for four people. Staff was helpful and kind. Enjoyed being between the Airport and Old Nice. Everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance which was great. For young travelers on a budget, this place was a great find.

Cons: Walls were very thin, so could hear when other guests woke up and left in the morning. Older facility, so older accomodations. Bathroom did have a weird sort of smell but nothing unbearable. Tiny bathroom, but still plenty of room to get everything done.
