Nice hotel at a perfect location

Pros: The hotel has a perfect location and the staff was nice. The room and the bathroom were not really modern but not bad, the bed and the pillows were comfortable. We loved the breakfast, although it was the same every day but with a lot of choices (and I think most people eat the same every day at home as well, so…).

Cons: I can’t say anything in particular, it’s a nice hotel overall, we would stay here again.

Very pleasant stay. Great location, excellent breakfast, and wonderful staff

Pros: Very nice small boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was truly excellent – very rich and diverse, with many organic and homemade products. We especially enjoyed the breakfast every morning, and the homemade honey was a wonderful touch. The room was a comfortable size and overall the value for money is very good.

Cons: The only downside was the smell in the room. It felt quite stale, similar to the smell that sometimes comes from air conditioning or ventilation systems. It was less noticeable in the hallways but very strong in the room. It would also be a nice touch if the hotel provided disposable slippers in the rooms.

Great place to stay

Pros: Hotel very well positioned in the city center. Renovated recently, a nice fresh smell inside. Room very clean, daily cleaning, good quality of sleeping, very quiet. Staff willing to help for everything. A place where I felt like home.

Pros: Great location and staff. Special thanks to Joana and Sabrina for the warm welcoming, I beleive we've never had such before. The breackfast was good and varias. Metro station 1 min walk. Reasonable price.

Pros: Excellent location, close to everything. Very kind and helpful staff. The room could be a little more spacy for 2 people and maybe a little better amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok and of good quality although it could also have omelettes or fried/scrambled eggs (only option was to boil them). However, the free coffee that was offered all day was very good.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Pros: Great location, very friendly staff, nice breakfast. The interior is small but comfortable, the atmosphere is fantastic.

Cons: Very thin walls, disturbing noises from the next room. You could hear talking and bathroom sounds.

Pros: Great location, wonderful spacious room with perfect bathroom and closet, loved having the coffee machine in the room. Very comfortable bed and really nice staff!

Cons: Power outage during breakfast almost every morning, not many egg options for breakfast, even though everything is really fresh, homemade and tasty, bad coffee, horrible WiFi on the 5th floor
