Pros: The room was small but very clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and we had access to water/tea/coffee all day

Cons: The walls were a bit thin so you could hear your neighbours

Pros: Ideal location, close to the train station, but in a quiet street. Everywhere in the city can be reached on foot. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Coffee, tea, filtered water, hot chocolate, all available for free, anytime of the day or night. It was a pleasant surprise for both us and our wallet.

Excellent stay, will come back again.

Pros: Property was great. I got the room with the terrace, the view is pretty. The staff are great, all speak great English. They were really accommodating. Check out time was 11am, but I had a few business meetings and didn’t want to keep my luggage with me so they let me use their luggage storage for free; I came back later to pick up my stuff.

Cons: I wish there were water bottles in the room already. I didn’t want to continuously go down to get water

Pros: Quiet rooms. Helpful staff. 5 minutes' walk to main shopping street. Close enough to attractions. Away from heaving crowds. Charming rooms. Quirky. My first time at a Happy Culture hotel. I have already booked 2 more stays. Very good value for money.

Cons: For me, this wasn't a problem, but the bathroom has a normal shower, not a power shower... irrelevant if you're staying as a tourist for a couple of nights!!
