Hotel Aria

Excellent value for money and a convenient location!

Pros: The hotel is super accessible from the train station (a 5 minute walk) but also sits in the 'coeur de Nice'. It's a 10 minute walk to the main shopping artery of the city - Avenue Jean Medecin. If you're looking to fit in day trips to Monaco or Antibes/Cannes it's super easy to walk up to the train station. Overall great value for money!

Pros: Everything. This is an authentic boutique hotel - there’s nothing clinical or manufactured . It’s a beautiful building, incredibly tasteful and genuine . Loved staying here and already planning our next visit .

Great value for the money

Pros: I think it is a good value for the money. The location is great, close to city attractions and the train station. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Cons: The walls of the room are pretty thin, making it easy to hear your neighbors. Besides that, if you are a taller person, the beds could be a little too small.

Over expected

Pros: Location is super good 450m from train station to hotel. Hotel offered water and syrup on lobby, you can get sparkling water at there. The room is bigger than expected.

Pros: We stayed as a family of four with two teenage kids in a family room and had a pleasant experience— the location is great, just a short walk to both the city centre and the beach, the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and while the room was simple and the cleanliness could be improved a little, everything was comfortable enough for a nice stay.

Cons: Overal cleanliness could be improved a little.

Pros: Centrally located hotel with spacious room and friendly staff. The bed was comfy and having a fridge was a plus as well.

Cons: Noisy at night and tight shower cabin.

Lovely hotel with a great location and friendly staff

Pros: Excellent location. I love the park in front of the hotel, you can just have a short break and feel as if you live there, sit outside with a coffee, watch people.. You can also find supermarkets nearby and restaurants too.

Cons: The elevator was a bit small but it’s a charm!

Pros: Very good location, just a few minutes walk from the railway station, tram stop and not far from the Old Town and Promenade yet in a peaceful and leafy garden square. Magnificent breakfast.

Cons: Some of the bathroom fittings are getting a bit tired and worn.

Great location, clean rooms & lovely staff

Pros: We loved our stay - we stayed as part of our honeymoon and arrived to a personal note and balloons which was lovely! The room was clean, spacious and bright. The location is great - super close to the train station, tram stop and shops/restaurants. The staff were really friendly and you can fill up water jugs for the room in the restaurant which was great as we stayed in summer.

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect for what we needed
