What a lovely hotel for a short vacation in Nice

Pros: It's a highly recommended hotel because its near to the City Center, Train Station and Beach. The room is big with a clean and newly renovated toilet. All working properly like the lights and hot water. There's kettle, mugs and coffee machine provided in the room. There's a refillable water and coffee at the main Reception area which is really handy. Breakfast was very good and very filling. The 3 male receptionists are very friendly and helpful when you ask them ideas where to go. Thanks to Alexandre. The hotel is allowing us to leave our small luggage and 2 backpacks after we checked out at 11am because we still have to go to Cannes for an afternoon tea and collect our bags at 4pm for our evening flight back to London. I'm very happy of my stay in Nice Excelsior Hotel and will probably comeback to book the same hotel again.

Pros: Everything was very clean, nice staff, room decoration 8.5/10 but very clean and organized, bathroom perfect. And good location, many restaurants nearby and train station super close

Pros: A great location of the hotel, near by to the train station, restaurants and shops. We liked the decoration in our big room. Having a coffee machine in our room is a great thing indeed. Also the free water bottle to fill-in next to the reception is very useful. A room with a balcony is always nice. The employees were very helpful and friendly, especially the man who worked in the afternoon/evening.

A one night stop-over on a long train journey. A great place to stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros: Excellent location. Special thanks to Alexander on reception for warm welcome and very good guidance on all the facilities, etc. shore in walking distance and train station just nearby.

Pros: Exceptional courteous professional staff. Beautiful building close to train station but in quiet beautiful street in the smart part of town. Excellent breakfast, comfortable room and bed and powerful drench shower. Thoroughly good hotel and worth every penny. Staff were lovely. Best in Nice at this price point. Thank you.

Cons: Literally nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Pros: The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to the main shopping street that leads to the beach. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options to choose from.

Cons: The only issue was that we booked a room with a balcony but there was a glitch with the booking.com system and all the balcony rooms were taken. But the staff were very apologetic about it and gifted us a bottle of champagne as compensation for the inconvenience. So a small issue very well resolved :)
