Great apartment in a wonderful city.

Pros: Good location with easy access to/from apartment. Fans were provided which was useful as the temperature was very hot.

Cozy space and French street view

Pros: A very nice apartment that you only need a ten minutes walk to reach the seaside.My friend said it was like a puzzle game to find the black code box at the pipe next to the front door where the host hides the keys.My favourite parts are the living room and balcony which you can catch a typically French street view from above.The beds are so comfortable.Highly recommended!

Nice host nice property- in Nice

Pros: Good location for visiting Nice. Host provided everything he said he would. Key was available at the specified time. (I enjoyed it so much I left my water flask in the fridge) There is a Carrefore Express just down the road which is convenient.

Cons: I am not complaining about anything but we would have enjoyed it even more, if the property had air con.

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment in Nice. It was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized, which made it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a restful stay. Check-in was hassle-free thanks to the clear and simple instructions provided in advance. Communication with the owner was smooth and prompt throughout our stay. The air conditioning was strong and efficient, which was a big plus during the warm days. We also really appreciated the blackout shades, which helped us sleep well even with the early morning sun. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Nice

Pros: Muy limpio, ordenado, todo nuevo, bonito y confortable, con 2 camas muy grandes, recomiendo al 100%.

Appartement proche centre-ville

Pros: Très bonne situation géographique, à proximité du centre ville. On peut tout faire à pied. Appartement agréable et fonctionnel. A proximité du parking sous-terrain.

Cons: Il était indiqué dans l'annonce parking intérieur. En principe on comprend que le parking est compris. En fait il n'y avait pas de parking, il faut aller au parking sous-terrain payantà proximité.

Pros: Замечательная квартира, есть все необходимое для проживания, стильная большая спальня, вторая спальня чуть поменьше, удобная гостиная, есть 2 вентилятора, окна на обе стороны здания, можно хорошо проветривать. Мы забыли ключи внутри апартаментов и ушли захлопнув дверь. Обнаружили это когда вернулись, хозяин быстро решил этот вопрос и помог нам попасть внутрь. Спасибо ему большое! Вернёмся снова в эту квартиру!

Cons: Летом не хватает кондиционера, если хозяин его поставит, квартира сразу поднимется в цене и станет ещё комфортней.
