SLO Hostel Nice

Pros: Staff were great and friendly. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was good. Good location. Luggage storage (in paid lockers). Fridge and microwave to use.

Nice and Cenral option to visit Nice

Pros: Privacy curtains, Private bathroom per room, Near the main shopping area and train station.

Pros: Great modern hostel, close to the train station. Lockers under the bed are big enough to fit a medium sized backpack. It's a bit strange though that there are no curtains on the windows and I wished the hostel had a proper kitchen (there's only a fridge).

Cons: Finding out that you have to pay for lockers if you want to store your luggage - that was a first.

It was a really nice stay, one of the best I’ve had.

Pros: The decoration and the way everything was arranged, the cleanliness of all the spaces and having your tiny little space.

Pros: Super nice atmosphere, very clean and comfortable. A special like for the design of the rooms. Everything looks authentic and good protected. So I can recommend this hostel.

Cons: It was staying in the room number 2 which is close to the lobby. I could hear the music bits in my room even during the night. It wasn't so loud, but for the people who have sensitive to the sounds during the sleep it's not a best room.

Very goog

Pros: My stay at the hostel was short but very good. The bed was comfortable, the locker was big enough for my things, but it's important to bring your own padlock. The room had air conditioning and was clean. The bathrooms were okay. I missed a shelf in the bathroom to put our things like shampoo and soap. The staff was always very friendly. Breakfast was also very tasty.

Great place in attractive location

Pros: This is very good and comfortable place in the heart of Nice. Everything is achievable within walking distance - tram line, railway station, most popular tourists attractions (old town, Massena square, etc.). There are many nice cafes and restaurants around plus some small supermarkets if you need. It's very easy to get there from the airport. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very nice - a good choice of food so everyone could find something, I never felt hungry or disappointed after breakfast. The team working there is very nice and helpful, they treat everyone with respect and they are talkative. I spent 6 nice in this place and will recommend to everyone.

Cons: I usually sleep in the dorms whilst travelling and towels are usually available for free and awaiting you on the bed - here you need to rent for around 3 EUR. The other problem is some rooms are very noisy, especially in the opposite of bathrooms and toilets - you can hear doors are closing very loudly. Despite this, I would choose SLO again!

SLO hostel provided an excellent base from which we could explore the lovely town of Nice and the surrounding area.

Nice low-budget accommodation for a trip to Nice

Pros: We had a good stay for three nights at the Hostel. It's clearly a low budget accommodation, so no luxury is to be expected, but everything was alright. The location is close to the center and the sea and the staff was nice.

Cons: Our bathroom was separate from the bedroom, which was a negative surprise to us. It was in the booking details, so it is not the hostel's fault. Read the booking details carefully ;) The shared space next to the reception is alright for breakfast, but it is not a real social space where it is nice to chill out or hang around with friends.
