Villa Saint Exupery Beach Hostel

Sincerely I’ll be recommending Villa St Exupery to anyone who wants to make his trip to Nice Nice

Pros: Excellent location. Very good services Very kind staff Efficiency/ effectiveness management ( thanks indeed Christ for the way you do to satisfy your guests when in need…)

Cons: Some dark spaces must be cleaned up more deeply ( luggage room…) The fridge is getting more than before but another one is necessary

I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Saint Exupery...

Pros: Everything. The location. It is close to the main cultural institutions like the Opera House, museums, Le Vieux Nice, the modern part where you are able to discover \

Cons: The breakfast (which is not included, so you can have it or no). Too basic and expensive (nine euros). The fact that some staff (bar & breakfast) does not speak any French and even any English. I think it is not just compulsory to know a bit of French because of the guests, but as well because it is an elegant language, a sign of respect and a challenge in our multicultural world. Maybe you can improve the breakfast and the use of French language by the whole staff. It is of course an idea, I think you understand it.

Nice hostel

Pros: Good facilities, social common areas, dorms were big and had ensuites with toilet and shower. Stayed in a 12 or 14 bed female dorm. Lots of room, and places for bags as well as lockers to use as long as you have a lock for them. Good location.

Cons: School group was staying there at the same time and they were really loud all night, also made it hard to get around the common areas as there was no room to walk past all the school kids.

Pros: I’m so grateful that a place like this exists for those of us who like to travel on a low budget. Thank you for your hospitality and the care you show your guests. I don’t have any complaints, as this is a hostel and comes with hostel life. Breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Pros: Great location, easy to find. Comfortable room. I booked a private room which is in a separate entrance. Spacious and nice bathroom.

Cons: They are prompt to clean. I was due to check out at 10. At 9:58 the cleaner came in without knocking. I was just on my way out. But it was uncomfortable since they didn't knock

Nice for New Year 2026 on a budget !

Pros: Great location. A lovely little affordable bar!!! Room was clean and bathroom great (had a private one).

Cons: Not providing towels - please make more obvious when booking. Not a problem if one knows in advance. Walls a bit thin so rooms next door with multiple bunks were quite noisy coming and going to external toilet all night. Heating in room worked really well and overall very good value for money if you want somewhere cheap, cheerful and friendly to stay.

Pros: Basically everything is well equipped and there's computers and TV for use it's quite good

Cons: The African aunty in my room was so low educated and old fashioned mindset....keep inputting wrong perspective to young girls...
