Value for money hotel

Pros: The hotel is located in the city of Nizza less than 10 minutes walk from the main train station and arounded with cheap restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. The stairway and the room was painted this year but especially the room would need to be repainted yearly. The bathroom was a nice suprise, it was renewed not so long time ago. The kithen is well equipped, the fridge is available for the guests. The escalator was available (useful after a day when one was walking kilometers...)

Cons: There was a panel missing from the spaletta (shutter), allowing direct view from the neighburing flats. There was no curtain on the window. The matelass was too soft. There was no heating in the room (except the air conditioner), that can be problematic during thew winter stay. The entry to kitchen is avilable only when the reception is open. It means between 8am-10am in the morning and 5pm-10pm in the evening.

Execelent value and location for short term stays in Nice

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was functional and the shower was excellent.

Cons: There was an oder coming from the bathroom pipes…not a huge problem as long as the window was open. No refrigerator in studio. The door doesn’t lock completely.

Pros: I was afraid because of all the bad reviews. But to my surprise room was very clean and modern. Staff was super nice and helpful. Location was excellent. Very good value for the money.

Pros: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a good experience. On the positive side, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, which created a good first impression. The rooms have been recently renovated, which gives them a fresh and modern look. The hotel’s location is also quite convenient—just a short walk from the city center. Overall, I like my stay, especially in terms of service and location

Cons: However, there are several areas that need improvement. Despite the renovations, the rooms didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned. There was no fridge or curtains in the room, both of which are basic amenities I would expect. Additionally, the access to the kitchen is restricted during key times—closed from 12 to 3 PM and again from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Pros: Amazing location,they cleaned my room every day,everyone absolutely helpful,no bed bugs etc. I will definitely come back!

It’s a very cheap and nice quick overnight stay if you just need to sleep the night somewhere. They provide towels free

Pros: The provided towels and body wash, there are glasses in the room, microwave and a kitchen sink apart from the toilet and shower also present in the shared room. Also good sir conditioning! The beds turned out to be pretty comfortable.

Cons: The canalisation smell in the toilet is absolutely horrible. When you open the tab and the shower. It’s a very bad smell. The shower wasn’t that clean either, and I found some hair and dust that wasn’t properly cleaned after the previous guests, around the room.

Pros: Hotel was easy to find . Close to shops and train station . Staff are friendly and helpful .

Good hotel for budget tourists visiting many cities for 2-4 days without big luggage ...

Pros: Everything we wanted to see in Nice were on a walking distance as well as the Gare and the bus station we needed to visit Cannes and, respectively, Monte Carlo.

Cons: The reception area, namely - the entry stairs...Good
