Private room in renovated apartment - Tram 1 min walk

Pros: wonderfull staff, very helpful, often available, easy to get on well with, this made our stay way more pleasant. the apartment was quite far from the city centre, yet was very conveniently communicated, so it was not such a big problem. there is also a nicely equiped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

Cons: one of the bathrooms was a very small.

Pros: Flat is just next to a tram stop, it was clean and comfortable. The owner was responsive and helpful, can't complain at all.

Room well connected to the city center thanks to the tram, price cheaper than center, quite area

Pros: The room is very close to the tram stop which is directly connected to the city center, the building was quite, the room very clean and the owner very supportive.

Cons: nothing to complain, I did not have any problem.

Pros: We had such a comfortable stay at this apartment. It was extremely, i repeat, extremely extremely clean. Someone cleaned the common spaces every morning. The owner was super quick with his responses. The location is amazing!! The amenities are also superb. We felt at home the day we arrived. It looked exactly like the pictures. Thank you!

Pros: The host was so reactive, his reply rate was exceptional. Even though the apartment is shared, the privacy is there. Super clean and he left towels and let us check out at 1pm, which shower real care and humanity. I highly recommend it, thanks so much

Cons: Finding parking was hard, but nothing too difficult, just park on the road above the crosswalk

Pros: Host was nice and helpful. Room is nice and warm. Everything was great. Free public parking near the building. You share a corridor that leeds to bathroom with few other guest. I was not happy with the neighborhood

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. The property is also well located, very close to a tram stop which takes you directly into central Nice in about 15 minutes. The view was great. The host was responsive, helpful and friendly.

Cons: The property is on the 8th floor of a tower block. The lift, stairs and corridors of the block were run down and most of the lights didn’t work in the hallways. This felt a bit unsettling after dark. I resorted to using a torch on my phone to see where I was. There were often groups people hanging around the car park by the tower block. Again this felt unsettling as a female, none French speaking solo traveller. However when I overcame my slight anxiety the people I met were all friendly and helpful. The room is in a shared apartment and the kitchen and bathrooms are shared. This felt a bit like a student halls of residence. It was nice that there were other people around but the only drawback was that they didn’t always leave the kitchen and bathroom clean after they had used these areas and there was no host on site to monitor this. So the cleanliness of the apartment and access to the shared areas does depend on the habits of the other guests at any time. If things were very unsatisfactory I’m sure you could complain about this to the host and he’d help. Cleaners come regularly which helped. There is a lot of traffic noise from a big highway very near the apartment. I had to use earplugs especially when using the balcony.

A great place to stay in Nice if you don't mind commuting for 20 min on tram to get to the center

Pros: A great option, even though it looks like it's far away. Clean, comfy, and the place has two bathrooms for 4 rooms, so it's completely fine.

Superb, we will remember our stay fondly for a long time.

Pros: The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, the kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, stove, dishwasher, even a washing machine so you don't have to take anything with you except your private things, It's very clean, comfortable bed, great location (very close to the tram), good communication with the host who is very helpful. We will be happy to use this facility during our next stay in Nice, highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing. Maybe the weather. it wasn't great :-)
