We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment and by the hostess Marie

Pros: We enjoyed everything. Especially the hostess, Marie — such a kind, pleasant, and very intelligent woman, and of course her dog Dixie. Marie thought through every detail in the apartment and also took care of us by providing a transport card and leaving delicious food in the fridge. We will always remember the little bottle of fresh orange juice every morning. It was so delicious. And the highlight of the apartment is definitely the terrace. Both during the day and in the evening, it offers a breathtaking view of Nice. That was a truly wonderful bonus

Great host and great view

Pros: Host Maria was super welcoming, offered entrances to pool, card for city bus, washing of dishes. The terrace with view over the city was amazing. Everything was clean.

Nice self-sufficient room tucked up in the hills of Nice.

Pros: The host was very friendly and I could tell she goes out her way to make everyone’s stay enjoyable. It’s a little out the way of the main town so be prepared to take 2 buses to reach the city centre (the host gave us a travel card which was excellent.) The room was clean and we had a lovely balcony. The breakfast included in the room was also great.

Cons: We had several issues trying to enter the apartment and every time after that due to a very temperamental lock on the front door which even after 3 days didn’t get any easier.

Pros: Very clean & comfortable. Hostess was very lovely and helpful. Great terrace to sit on and look out over the city. Lovely breakfast.

Charming Hilltop Stay with Friendly Host and Cozy Amenities

Pros: The apartment is at the top of a hill, accessible via a winding road with many serpentines. It's a shared apartment with an amiable host. The breakfast provided was abundant and fresh. The room with the terrace is both cozy and charming, and the bathroom is spacious. (bathroom is shared with the host). The property also includes a shared pool. Overall, the accommodation met all our needs, and we had a wonderful time here. Highly recommended! :)

Cons: It was quite hot in the room, and with no AC, only a large fan was available to circulate the air. However, we were expecting this, so it wasn't a major issue.

Pros: Amazing and very helpfull owner! Sure next time in Nice it will be at the same place

Nice room

Pros: The host was very friendly and she also made us breakfast, which was very nice There is also pool near the accomodation for residents The place is also very clean and cosy

Cons: There are no buses after 9 o clock evening so you have to take a taxi from the town back

Pros: The host was very-very nice, gave all the information very detailed,what was neccessary, the communication with her was super easy.The view from the balcony is really pretty.

Cons: To reach the site with bus is eay, but the bus runs every 30 minutes and the last bus is at 9Pm. After that time no public transport there and the room is high on the montain just to walk up. No airconditioning, just a fan, its hard to cool down the room in big heat. The breakfast was ok however just some small toasts and jam with milk and cereal.

Pros: Everything was perfect, good value for money, very clean and comfortable room, with a good view from the balcony. The bathroom was new and very spacious. The room and bathroom have a modern style. Breakfast is great, Maria, the host, is very helpful person, she gave us lots of tips, and also has a hole album which shows where are the best restaurants, bars and also turist attractions. Easy connected with buses and tram.

Pros: La amfitriona es muy amable y simpatica..y por lo visto habla ingles,francés y español..quiza algo mas😊. Desayuno muy amplio.

Cons: Quizá la primera noche un poco fresco.
