Pros: Eric was very friendly and had no problem with us sharing things in his kitchen. His directions to reach the property were super easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short stay in Nice!

Felt like home!

Pros: We are very grateful to Eric for letting us stay at his place! Big thanks to Eric for giving us advice on what to see and where to visit. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking and we really liked the “roommates” in the aquariums. 😁 If we ever come back to Nice, we already know where to stay!

Great place

Pros: Eric was very friendly and provided us with everything we needed and some suggestions for the city. The location is also excellent

Pros: This was an excellent place to stay, it is located very close to one of the main tram lines into Nice and Eric was extremely helpful. When we arrived he put all of the facilities at our disposal, was very friendly, and provided all the information that we could have wanted from leaflets of local attractions to suggestions of what to do and eat in the city. All in all, very happy with our decision to stay here.

Cons: There was nothing that was lacking at all.

A good option for the reasonable price

Pros: The apartment is within walking distance of the city center. The owner is a nice and attentive man. The room is quite small, but for this price it is normal. It was a huge bonus that we woke up every morning to the sound of birds singing outside the window.

Cons: Roller shutters on the windows

Pros: The owner was super nice. We are on a 20 days trips and so far he is nicest and most flexible one.

Cons: It smelled a little bit in the kitchen from the trash bin.

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at Eric's, it was exactly as pictured in the description. The apartment is conveniently located not far from the city center (15-20 min walk), close to shops, public transport and good restaurants, which is nice if you feel like hanging out there. The place is very spacious and offers all amenities you could wish for. A bed is big and comfy and the area is quiet, so you can relax after exploring the cite all day long. And each morning I woke up to the sound of the birds chirping, that was amazing)) Eric is really nice, friendly and welcoming. He makes you feel very comfortable and and ease. I would totally recommend this place.

Great stay with friendly host

Pros: Eric was a very welcoming and hospitable host, who let us borrow many of the facilities in his home. It is a short walk to the nearest tramway stop and Carrefour. Very good experience and great value for money. Les Carlins has my warmest recommendations.

Cons: It was no problem for us, but others may appreciate the ability to lock the bedroom door. Maybe also a trashcan inside the bedroom.
