Absolutely fabulous a lesson in hospitality

Pros: Absolutely fabulous, a lesson in hospitality! You just feel at home from the moment you arrive, Cristina went beyond the call of duty to help and guide us. The scenery where you have the amazing breakfast is out of this world.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, good breakfast ,parking ,quiet location , tram only 15 minutes to coastal locations. Cristina very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again when we return to Nice

Pros: The host was lovely! extremely organised, professional and made us a very good breakfast every morning, room was cleaned daily; highly recommend for a quiet stay in Nice.

Cons: Nothing, hospitality was 10/10 The only thing to note is that if you are attending cannes festivals it is about an hour a way by car/train

Lovely place to stay in suburbs of Nice

Pros: The studio with the kitchenette was useful as we stayed with a 2 year old and often needed to prepare food. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was great. It was also useful to have parking for our car. Cristina also gave us some useful tips for what to do in Nice as it was raining for some of our stay!

Pros: Exceptional place in Nice, while there are vast options in the city, the hospitality of Christina stands out and we’re coming back for sure. It made us feel relaxed as if we were at home, breakfast was superb and adjusted based on your time. We loved the location, very close to the Promenade yet calm enough to get a goodnight rest. I loved the garden and the overall concept of the villa, see you again :)

Pros: Everything was perfect. We also asked for a vegan breakfast, which was delicious. Very clean, very comfortable apartment. Wifi is good. The host is very nice and professional.

Pros: Lovely host - made us feel very welcome and 'looked after.' Great breakfast - sitting outside on the terrace. Comfortable bed. Small useful kitchen area. Tranquil location

Cons: We walked into the centre of Nice but it was quite a long way.

Perfect....Secret of Nice Villa Bellabe

Pros: Villa Bellabe is a huge secret of Nice . Host Christina is truly wonderful . She welcomed you with smile drink conversation in her pretty garden . Full of local knowledge and ideas of where to visit and public transport ways of getting there. Breakfast is truly delicious with plenty of choice. We will definitely return to Villa Bellabe. Thank you Christina for making our long weekend in Nice so perfect. Paul and Susan
