Good

Pros: The location is central and not far from the Nice-Ville main train station

Pros: Nice,small apartment. Great communication with the owner.

Great location and responsive host.

Pros: Great location close to the Nice central station. The apartment had an AC unit which made it very comfortable during the hot weather.

Cons: The bathroom should be deep cleaned but not big complaints. We could not figure out how to use the induction stove.

Pros: Really comfortable and had great facilities for washing clothes. Nice and close to train station for day trips :)

Cons: Location is far out and is amongst a large housing estate, 30 minute walk from beach so if you are looking to be close to clubs etc it is quite far

Pros: The accommodations facilities were excellent, could not have asked for anything more Location was good

Cons: The bed was too hard for us. The courtyard outside was scruffy

4 nights in Nice

Pros: The furniture is good, the apartment is well equipped. The bathroom is nice and relatively big compared to the size of the apartment. We had enough supply (toilet paper, towel, etc). It is located 20 minutes from Promenades des Anglais. There is a nice bakery near by, called Boulangerie by Michel Fiori.

Cons: The main door cannot be closed without the key. Because of the humidity in the bathroom, there are some little bugs inside the apartment, not so disturbing but they are there.

Great stay in the heart of Nice

Pros: Great little studio in a good location, nice and close to the train station. Set back from the street so relatively quiet. We used the kitchen and it was well equipped and clean.

Cons: Quite small - there were four of us staying here, and with the couch unfolded there was little room to move around.

AMAZING PLACE

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfy and cozy! Nice design and the kitchen was well equiped it had everything to make or stady a great experience, plus it was very close to the train station and supermarkets everywhere !

Very nice and well equipped apartment

Pros: Clean and well-equipped room, kind owner, easy access. Tram stop is very close. Godd bakery and supermarket nearby.

Pros: Het appartementje was rustig en netjes ingericht. Het was heel schoon en de badkamer faciliteiten waren uitstekend

Cons: Een paar kleine opmerkingen - geen theedoek i/d keuken - geen mandje over de douche kranen om zeep enzo op te bergen
