Would definitely stay here again and recommend it

Pros: Great location, very central but set back from the road so very quiet at night. Lovely big light bedroom and spacious bathroom. All the staff were really pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast too

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of it was thanks to the amazing administrator Yanm. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the very beginning. He even took the time to draw directions on a map for us and explain where to go and what to see, which made our trip much easier. What impressed us the most was his honesty and kindness. After we had already checked out, he contacted us and sent a photo showing that we had forgotten money in the room. We came back to the hotel, and the full amount was exactly as we had left it. We are truly grateful for such care and professionalism. The service was outstanding, and this administrator made our stay really special. We highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: Nice open space, small balcony view and easy comfort.

Cons: Nothing in particular, although the temperature, whilst able to regulate, didn’t appear to make much difference however I set it as the room is quite sparse. It’s a cold time of year though and you can keep equitably warm still.

Pros: Nice, clean, and convenient hotel near the train station. There is also a tram station near the hotel. Close to the shopping street. A little far from the old city (approx. 20 min walk). Breakfast is really good (compared to other French 4-star hotels). At the reception, Yann is a perfect employee. He is kind and helpful. The heating was excellent. The cleanliness was also good. I recommend this hotel.

Pros: This hotel provides exceptional, heartfelt service that goes far beyond the ordinary. When we were delayed a day due to train issues, they kindly and without hesitation extended our stay free of charge—a gesture we will never forget. Combined with the consistently attentive staff and the warm, family-like atmosphere throughout, it made for an absolutely outstanding experience.

Pros: An amazing stay from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful and assisted with all of our requests. The location made everything easy, and I was also able to get a parking spot in the front of the hotel for 19e per nighy. Also a quiet atmosphere really stood out. I would happily stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.
